I just discover this channel and so happy cause she reminds me of my late mother who is a Hakka. My late mum is a very good cook. However she died very young before I could learn from her. Now with Popo cooking I can learn to cook my favorite Hakka dish again. Also I love her story telling.

This is a different recipe from the one I used. I sliced the pork to pieces then fry so I don't not need to slice it after frying (lazy version) haha. Learnt many new tips today. Will try this recipe next time. Looking forward to the CNY Hakka dishes ❤ Singapore 🌻
