Ingredients (Diana Aw) 1. 4 chicken wings cut drumstick from wings. Wash and rinse. Then use toothpick to poke it 2. A few slices of ginger, minced 3. 1 garlic minced 4. 1pc Fermented beancurd and 2tsp of sauce and pressed and mix 5. 1/2tsp sugar 6. Little pepper 7. 1/3tsp oyster sauce 8. Appropriate amount of shao xing wine 9. 1 tbsp plain flour 10. 2 tbsp tapioca flour Method 1. Combined ingredients 1-8 and mix well 2. Then add ingredients 9&10 and mix well 3. May add little water if too dry 4. Cover and leave it for at least 2 hours or overnight 5. Heat wok with more oil to 150deg 6. Deep fry the chicken for 10min under medium heat. Turn to high heat for the last 1min 7. Drain on kitchen towel 8. Serve and enjoy 💕

请问阿鸿..我炸了鸡翅膀后..捞出来沥干油之后..要吃的时候发现鸡翅膀下方总是湿湿的..造成下方的鳞片全都软掉了😭😭是因为在最后没有转大火把水份逼干吗??有什么办法可以处理?

您好 鸡肉如果是有冷冻过的话 将鸡肉洗了泡在水一会儿大约10分钟或许就能解决问题了
