Brings back happy memories of my aunt's cooking explaining all in Hakka, so refreshing cos for decades I have not heard Hakka spoken since she passed away and I moved overseas. Was wondering if that was sweet potato leaves?. Thank you for sharing, love your video.

今天跟着婆婆的方法弄来吃了。自己亲手第一次做面粉糕,0失败😁,婆婆的方法真的管用又简单
只要是面粉粿/板面,我都喜欢吃。从柔佛吃到吉隆坡再吃到槟城,每个地方都有不同配料、不同特色的面粉粿,都好吃!有些放苋菜,有些放树仔菜;有些放肉碎香菇,有些放肉片,爱死咯😆

面粉要醒粉一个小时才搓,才好搓。十分钟太少了。树子菜放在汤水里烫熟了才捞出来放一边,它的甜味才不会浪费了。
