Ingredients:
- 35g Nescafe coffee
- 120g sugar
- 140 ml very cold water
- 500 ml cream 33%
- 200 ml condensed milk
- 200 ml warm milk
- 1 teaspoon of coffee
- 60g cookies
- Decorate with cocoa

This looks delicious and thank you for the recipe. Just an observation: it seems that at the point where the heavy cream was mixed, the condensed milk did not allow the cream to really whip up enough (?) or maybe at this point the heavy cream needed to be whipped stiffer…This caused the mousse to be a little too loose and runny. (Maybe I’m wrong.). I’m still going to try this.

Достаточно изначально сахар, кофе и вода до густоты смешать и в бокал с холодным молоком!!!!

Nice presentation overall. With sugar, condensed milk, cookie it cud be quite sweet but looked really nice. I just saw how brown coffee looks but when mixed with milk it gets very desirable color tones. Most brown thing on earth is probably coffee apart from some tree barks. And most white is milk. Most colorless is water. You took all extremes of colors except black in your recipe to make very sweet tasting (unhealthy for many but nice to look at). 🎉🎉
