150 ml (5.3 fl oz) whipping cream.
100 g (3.5 oz) Savoiardi cookies.

Después de hacerlo puedo opinar que la textura del batido de café es completamente acuosa. Para que quede como en el video es necesario ponerle nata, crema o queso. Si no de desinfla inmediatamente, física pura.

Не понятно 🤔 что значит взбитых сливок.? Чтобы отправить эти сливки к сыру рикотто и сгущенке, сливки необходимо предварительно взбить? Но не похоже, чтобы сливки были взбиты . Они свободно лились в массу из творога и сгущенки.
