Doing that goes beyond the scope of “modification” and crosses into “buying a different car” territory. Even an engine swap is easier, relatively speaking, and swapping an engine is a huge hairy deal.

At 89,000 miles on the odometer the turbo on my 2013 st just die Love the car when new but this car is made so cheap I cant believe it. from the stock wheel nutz failing to having all 3 engine mounts fail ( replace with CP-E ) units. Let's see the slave clutch cylinder dumping break fluid all over the carpet to the sincros on 2nd gear starting to go.... etc. This car is great on paper but is build like crap so long st helo is350
150,000 miles fast approaching for me, drive hard everyday, stock mostly except for solid steel motor mounts, lowered Koni suspension, straight piped, change the fluids regularly and keep track of where the plugs' gaps sit. Thing is a fucking trooper.
Had one as well had 30k on it accessport exhaust intake stage 1 tune in this is what everyone says but never beat on it would do pulls never launched it I ended up blowing the motor

Gotta think on E, with the boost turned up, spraying, it could make a lot more but that's pointless for a street build because it wouldn't really be manageable.
Jordan Miller that is true. 500 is a perfect amount for a street car and that is what I’m going to be aiming for with my car. Overbuild for what you want and you shouldn’t have problems with it being a daily.

RS is alright, but there are much better cars available for it's price range. Focus ST have shit resale and you can pick up a once 34k car for $14.3k with 4 years old and 72k miles (Price I paid for mine). RS is open deck block, ST is closed deck aka stronger block. Stroke out a 2.0 from an ST to 2.3l and you have a more powerful stronger engine than an RS. Hope this helps.
