They constantly repeat Newey and Milton Keynes. In addition Lewis had way more horsepower than the rest of the field. So even mediocre Bottas was very close but usually ended up second. Perez is a better driver than Bottas and has difficulties keeping Sainz or George. So the difference is Verstappen, and of course his car is great, but absolutely nowhere near the horsepower advantage Lewis always had. The countless times he did "Hammertime" and overtook people by sheer engine power is insane. Lewis is heavily overrated, and George even proves it today, Lewis lost from Button, Rosberg, Massa , Russell and sky just can't handle it.
