Scott Frost was not struggling in ‘97. The Defense had the tough day that week before against UCF. Nebraska, with Scott Frost at QB DOMINATED Washington that day. Frankly London ended up changing positions (WR). Frankly London didn’t do a dam thing at QB for Nebraska. Student sections at most college football games (especially today)(but even back then) tend to have their heads up their asses. Even at Nebraska.

What made the Huskers great in their day. Here is the secret sauce: FARM KIDS!. The Nebraska Cornhuskers dominated at a time when the majority of their linemen and smash mouth heroes came from the weight room of life on family farms. These kids would go from 6 man football playing both ways to the largest stage in the State. As they grew up over the years, these Corn fed Nebraska boys were lifting hay bails, sacks of feed and doing gut busting manual labor daily. These kids ate wholesome meals of beef and vegetables, not Fast Food. On the football field no kid from any other way of life can in any way match the raw power developed over a childhood of hard work performed daily on a farm and the good nutrition provided by the country cooking of a Nebraska mother. Thanks MOM!!!! At RockyMountainRachSupplies.com we support all of the families of the family farms in Nebraska, and the small town football programs across the State who put the Huskers on the map originally. Nebraska has tradition, let us not forget who taught it to us. You got it this year Huskers and we support you all the way!!!!! GO BIG RED, and Thank you Bancroft, Red Cloud, Blue Hill, Pender, Wisner, Elkhorn, Fremont, St.Edward, Albion, Columbus, Omaha, Lincoln, Ogalala, Chadron, McCook, Gering, Broken Bow, Minden, Beatrice, and the list goes on. Small Town Nebraska built this house in Lincoln and this year RockyMountainRanchSupply.com looks forward to the Huskers bringing it home!

yes walkons(farm kids=white boys from the sticks) actually they started to win when TO allowed McBride to switch from a 5-2 defense to a 4-3, and with that brought the speed from florida! if the huskers really want to get back to big time championships, then theyll have to switch back to a I formation power running game, they Will NOT win championships with frosts offense now, why, well with that offense the defense suffers, IE, they bend and BREAK! look at all the spread teams and there defenses, they all are terrible, they can not stop the run or pass consistently. espically down in the redzone. look at the teams that have a power running game they all have awesome defenses, alabama, etc. if michigan would have had a good qb they would have been playing clemson, or alabama in the championship, the refs helped theose crappy MLyer led OSU team win that game. if nebraska switchs back to TOs offense i say in 3-5 theyll be in playoffs, if not its going to be at least 10yrs or more until then.
