This is a great test!!! I can see using this in an emergency if I run out of sublimation paper. There is less ink absorption and more ink release with Asub, which saves on ink. So I feel like the Asub is better.
Putting that way I totally agree, butcher paper like you said will come in handy in emergency situations. Also it’s a good option for someone who’s just getting started and don’t want to waste money or if they don’t have the funds. I enjoyed doing this hack. Thanks for watching!
This was really good to know I’ve seen sublimation on parchment paper recently but to know this is excellent. 😊thanks for sharing. Also maybe if you apply a long heat process maybe 25 sec more it probably come out a little mor vibrant
Hello thanks for watching, you can try Michael’s, it’s a crafting store and they have a lot of varieties. Or you can check out the dollar store as well. Hope this helps!
What??? You can use butcher paper??? I'm floored. I tried the parchment paper and it was a bust. What paper setting for the butcher paper? I wonder if I can use that like the DTF hack.
So with the butcher paper you want to stick to sublimating, I tried with DTF and it was a bust. Parchment paper does work and I use my settings for printing I just set it to premium matte. Thanks for watching!!!!

Nice work, wonder if the colors stay in fabric the same as asub after a wash test on a t-shirt or bag?
I have washed these with the butcher paper and Asub and both have washed really well.
This is amazing, I am sure to give this a try.

@@Healher_7 ...... Excellent point. Cause sublimation paper can get expensive.
Does it stsy in the cotton fabric
Cotton fabric is a little harder to see the vibrant colors that’s why for sublimation I use polyester.
What temperature did you use
I used 400 degrees. Thanks for watching!
Does it wash well
Thanks for watching and yes it does!!!!!

Because I try do to the sublimation with the butcher paper but my colors were fated they weren’t bright at all
To do sublimation it has to be 100% polyester or 50% cotton/ 50% polyester?
