This means Spain and Germany have a huge pool of professional qualified coaches 35,000 in Spain and 55,000 in Germany because it is affordable to anyone and giving them more quality coaches. England made this course £12,000 to protecting coaching roles for uneducated former players with disposable money, meaning England have a small pool of 6000 professional coaches made up mostly of people with no good formal education and that might explain why England can’t produce elite managers.
@@connorf4035 I don’t know what you googled but have just gone onto the German FA website and found a UEFA C/B license for a cost of $500 and you get an additional $170 discount on the license. Paying $330 for a UEFA B license in German or paying £12,000 for a similar qualification in England.

Pepe isn't in Spain and Mourinho isn't at Portugal which is an even better example because they have a Spanish coach...
Well Gary maybe you shouldn’t have failed at Valencia and this job could be yours!🤷🏻
Ahh ha ha. The hypocrisy. Carragher wanted Pep at one point.
Maybe I'f British coaches stopped failing miserably they would get a chance ... if the fa appointed Potter and he couldn't win they would say they need a winner etc it's nonsense
Why’s Gary wearing safety glasses
The state of these three...
These two guys depress me. Getting paid a lot in the progress.
xenophobia incoming 😦
This generation of Neville’s and Carragher is the reason why English team are still suffering with PTSD… they are doing the same with man utd… this self entitled opinions of biased opinions is ruining football media
1 champions league makes him an amazing manager ?
Is dimatteo a world class manager also
Both won it in similar circumstances
Tuchel has been given many big jobs and his style suits international football and he was so good in tournaments at Chelsea and got a final in Paris and a Semi with Bayern. He also had success with Mainz and then Dortmund, where the resources were less. He is clear of Dimatteo in Pedigree and suitable tactics.
Time stamps when
Doo you three want to win the World Cup or Just waffle bs about English coaches? Irs a football team - we want to win matches - English coaches don't win - what else can the FA do? Saying the FA let English coaches down is a joke - this is the best thing the FA has done.
For fantasy manager for England i pick Sir Alex Ferguson..the best manager in the premier league.just saying😀
This guy s generally horrendous take
