Bro you opened a whole new universe for me with these methods. My scouts were so bad and they only could find bad/average players. After your vid i just cant stop checking all good players new scouts found for me
I don't scout by full regions, as some of them are quite large, but do a "mini region" sort of scouting. So I'll scout "Iberia" and it will be Spain and Portugal. "Beneden" is Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, "Bosporus" Is Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, and so on. Have a scout who knows one (or more) of those countries, with good adaptability and decent determination, that way they will learn the adjacent countries faster. I like the scouting changes, I just wish SI had been a bit more detailed on them...
Might be a bit late on the World Cup themes, but I was listening to a podcast about the 1930 World Cup and the most popular formation was 2-3-2-3. I think it would be a fun off the wall tactic to do if you could find any success in it lol

Great video my Brudda! What i will say though is definitely assign the scouts yourself. I initially left it to automatically assign and i was getting a few recommendations but not much. I then assigned myself and i am getting much more players being scouted

Ideally you want your scouts to have knowledge of different parts of the world or have high adaptability and let them scout in areas they have high knowledge. Sometimes when you do it automatically, the game will send a scout that could be of better use elsewhere

Can't say I've had that much luck with recruitment focuses. Maybe I'm just too used to the scouting in older versions. Or perhaps too impatient? I do get the initial batch of players almost immediately after setting the focus, but after that it almost completely stalls. With good knowledge of the countries scouted, great scouting attributes, not too demanding conditions and still they just aren't bringing back that many recommendations, even none lots of times. I'll admit it was probably too easy to find wonderkids in previous FM versions and if they scaled it down a bit that's more realistic, just feels bad initially.

Many of these statistics are not shown after I load the filters up. For example non penalty xG per 90s and many others. Why? Is my data analysts team to low so that some information are not visible?

RDF. Is it important to consider what tactic does a scout prefer if I only want a scout who (would hopefully) only set out to find a specific position in a certain tactic? - I mean i play a 442 narrow, and they usually find wingers for me or players who dont exactly play in the position (or particularly good at it) my tactic requires.
It's possible to select all the Albanian players they they are playing in Sweden? And to make list with a specifik nationality that they are U16 or u17?
How do you have some of those filters for players, I can’t see xA and xg and I can’t edit some of the filters to perfection, example: assist per 90 I can scroll to choose 0.10, 0.20 etc but i can’t write to get 0.33 is it my performance analyst or is it modded?

Hi! On my players scouted page and similar pages, the row for one player is a lot more thick, so I get less players per screen and have to scroll a lot more. How do I make one players designated row smaller so more will fit on the screen just like RDF has it here? Also its just screen economics. Please help, thanks guys!
i try this method, and the players were really trash, they didn't even improve a bit, also in 7:20 is a typical striker stats i found, which is pretty trash for my team

Somehow my game doesn't find your folder tho I unzipped it and put it in my db setup... I manually put the leagues in my setup and just put it on players with national reputation. Do you think thats enough?

I would suggest going for scouts based in the USA because they tend to have a wider scouting knowledge

No info as yet. I'm guessing as the season develops, these stats will be available to data analysts and will therefore appear in our searches...
Some of the Chalkboard stats are missing, such as Pressures per 90 mins. How do I get these?

What is the non penalty expected goals? I don't see it in either stats chalkboard or stats general? Same issue with conversion rate
go to stats (general), hover over the general tab and there is a large list of conditions but non penalty expected goals should be there
