Good advice man, what i do alot of the times is look at a player i like, lets say Messi, and then train a player on my squad to have similar or the same traits as that player. It really turned my Schjeldrup from a good player to a monster.
Another great trick is (only if player is not injury prone) to have them train with double intensity. Espescially if they are not a regular starter yet it can do wonder
I was first 2 seasons at Aberdeen. In first season I won League Cup and 2nd place in premiership, in the second season 1st in Scottish Cup, Premiership and Europa league quarterfinals. Duk is great, 16 goals and 27 assists in the second season
Likes to round keeper on a fast Advanced Forward is a deadly combo. my tactic is an averaged paced Vertical Tiki Taka, and a couple of times a game they will just send my young striker on a run and launch it to him. he's between Lewi and Vici Jr in the League Goals stat at 19 years old, with a skill level 2 tiers below la Liga.
Great video, however except for playmakers (some of the behaviors that these traits encourage would be very difficult or even impossible to replicate via team or player instructions), player traits override both individual and team instructions. This could make your tactic play completely differently from how you first envisioned it.
Super impressive stuff, brilliant! Just a side note I would like to add, personally I wouldn't really add too many traits to a youngster until they're 23 at least or really established in the first team as traits do take up CA points (don't know exact number/s) so it could cut off their max PA, although if the player is a beast wonderkid then by all means add all the best traits you can! 😆 I do agree with removing the bad traits as early as possible in their career though!
I heard on another video, having more than one or maybe two "tries killer balls often" is a bad thing for possession football as it turns into a hit and hope style
A lot of these traits have good or bad out-comes. They need to be capable of the traits otherwise you'll get negative outcomes. Most of those 'bad' traits are also very dependent on ability but also hidden attributes. Diving into tackles' is great for brave players that have good tackling and low dirtiness. Aggression is key to this trait or it won't be trainable on the player. You really have to anylise the player completely. Most of the time 'knocking the ball past opponent' is a sure-fire way off losing the ball.
Good video very clear BUT could of done with a lot more depth, you didn’t mention goalkeepers (irrelevant I know) you didn’t mention full backs, you didn’t mention centre attacking midfielders (no. 10) could of mentioned more of traits to avoid and mentioned more on centre back traits. This video lacked a lot of depth
Apart from getting the strikers to place shots, my inside forwards to cut inside and full backs to get forward whenever possible I never know what traits to use. I have central defenders on defend and box to box midfielders with an advanced playmaker on attack if anyone has any suggestions
dictates tempo for midfielders (especially box2box) and tries long range pass on advanced playmaker Also having an advanced playmaker with "comes deep to get ball) and 2 defensive midfielder is kinda OP and you get SO MUCH interception from the pressure the 3 midfielders apply. But you advanced playmaker will get tired quickly.
@@raphaelfillos6120 Thank you! im still playing around ready for the winter update when im starting my next long term save so you've given me a lot to work with
Depends how you're using them I think. I have attacking wingbacks and have trained get forward whenever possible and knock ball past opponent and seems to be doing the trick
6:10 - oh he still does it for Utd, he usually just gives the ball away.......... Maguire is the definition of "dwells on ball". I'm a Utd fan and he is so overrated in FM, I gave him a decent downgrade.

Eally hope u can help how do u add players to international teams or resign from international

What traits worked well on Schjeldrup mate?
thats a great idea, i never know what traits to train into people so why not use a role model.
Another great trick is (only if player is not injury prone) to have them train with double intensity. Espescially if they are not a regular starter yet it can do wonder
I do it to all my players😂
Dude trying to train Duk into Isagi lmao
literally run off behind and direct shot, couldn't be more perfect hahaha
Could train him to become like Rin Otashi too

Shoots with power is a great trait for strikers with good strength (like Duk)
Places shorts or curls shots for those with good technique/finishing.

I’m not sure that traits do use up CA points
Great video, took me years of fk versions to teach this to myself by trial and error
moves into channels i find is good when ur looking at a AF or other quick sort of striker / IF / shadow striker
I like running a tiki taka so "plays one-twos" is a trait that i see in my highlights a lot. hopefully we get more/new traits
Just had a steak, Aberdeen Angus steak.
Good vid.
I heard on another video, having more than one or maybe two "tries killer balls often" is a bad thing for possession football as it turns into a hit and hope style
Depends on the intelligence of the player I guess
My fav trait & dinner are the same thing! My Mrs had a burger and I had 1-2 🤦🏻♂️
fantastic video jake.

what skin is being used so i get all that info on the players on the tactics screen?
Where would you use moves into channels? Sounds like a great one to have based on description, but not sure how beneficial it is.
It creates space for other players to attack. It's good if you have a hard working intelligent forward
Inside forward ( moves into channels) 🤙🌟

How is your homepage like? is it a skin? if so please can someone let me know, thank you
With St`s I like `shoots with power`.
hahaha I had some grilled fish for dinner.
