I just found your channel and you're a huge inspiration. I've been working on my planche and front lever (also just watched your video for that) without much real guidance but you helped break down what to realistically expect and how to map my way forward. Definitely love the content, already subscribed so please keep them coming!
Nice. It's really helpfull to see the journey from being barely able to do a tuck planche to being able to do a straddle planche. I don't find it very helpfull to see people with huge muscles and years of training do it. I wanted to know what the journey is like and how much one might be able to progress from a tuck planche.
Great video bro! There's so many factors when it comes to this skill. Theirs being too tall or being too heavy and also training too many things like you said. I feel like the best thing for anyone to get it in 3 years max is to get to a good weight, avoiding injuries at all costs, and recording yourself throughout progressions . Also people who learn planche superfast usually state that their form was terrible and took a while to fix their form.
Nice video, I enjoyed it! You mentioned how good bands are for learning the planche, do you think the same is true for front lever? I noticed you didn't use them in either of your front lever videos.
Thanks! Good question... To be honest, the reason why I didn't use bands for the front lever is because I found it a bit uncomfortable. If that doesn't bother you or you have a good way to attach them, then it might be a good idea to try them but I don't know how effective they are. Theoretically they should work well (as long as you don't rely too much on them, you should be fine I think)
Really fast progression! Just wondering. During this planche training are you on some days still working on your front lever? Like maintenance training? And are you doing any legs or core training as well? I personally train my whole body twice each week, with various splits, but still working on planche at the same time... Wondering if that may be slowing down my progress.
Thanks! I forgot to mention that in the video. In the days between I would always switch between pull or rest. (Planche, pull, planche, rest, planche pull and so on). I couldn’t train legs because of an injury but slowly starting now and also doing that in the days between.
@@AndriyLoefflerthank you for your answear and also im suprised you have such a low subscribers and wiews you have such a good content continute and i hoppe one day you will become sucesefull on youtube

@@AndriyLoeffler Awesome awesome. Good to hear. I'm fairly lower body heavy so I guess I just have to be patient :) Keep smashin it Andriy
Random question we all know planche is harder than front lever but which planche progression is hard as the full front lever?
That is really hard to compare. If we take the time that it takes I would say maybe advance tuck planche.
