My favorite part was Noah's "By your logic you don't deserve to live because my hands can wrap around your throat and hold." Like that is just such a metal line.
The editing helped a lot because it sounded like a TEDTalk sountrack. It's pure gold all around though, the line is so fucking perfect and the editing is just the cherry on top.
I love how the period dad basically said that his daughter CHOSE to get her period and have her tampon fall out, PUBLICLY HUMILIATED HER TWICE in front of strangers, and then proceeded to essentially lock her in their suite, and then have the audacity to tell her to NOT BE EMOTIONAL when she's literally ON HER PERIOD. Like this dude needs to be checked into some sort of hospital.
YUP. like, no, it’s generally not a good idea to go swimming on your period, sanitary products generally do not survive getting submerged in water. But she’s a 13 year old kid; some kids don’t start their periods until age 12, so maybe not even a year of living with her courses, and she’s probably dealing with adolescent hormones plus period mood swings plus trauma to boot, of course she’s emotional. Poor kid learned EVERYTHING she needed to know and then some from the initial awful experience. What she needed was a hug, a towel, a change of clothes, and a dad who’d go to bat for her; what she got was punishments and a dad who joined the cruise staff in mocking his middle school-aged daughter. I think the boys are right and those punishments had nothing to do with hygiene or the daughter’s issues and everything to do with a man wanting to take his embarrassment out on someone and reassert control of his world.
@@stitchedwithcolor I do gotta say, I'm someone who has periods and used to work at a swim school. Wearing a tampon in the water was absolutely expected. So even the most experienced people on this kind of subject would probably be likely to tell her she'd be alright wearing a tampon while swimming

Amen friend! Fellow survivor of “parents who should’ve gotten divorced” here. Sure I got to see both my parents…in spurts, almost NEVER together…and when they were, it’s was almost NEVER positive. What was I supposed to gain from them staying together again?

The period story reminded me of a wholesome moment with my dad: When I was a kid I pissed my pants at a Quiznos right when I got inside the bathroom and I was sooooooo embarrassed. I called my dad into the little bathroom cause I didn’t know what to do and he turned on the sink and started throwing water everywhere. All over me and the walls and floor and I kid you not he went to the employees and used his best acting skills to convince them that their toilet exploded on me. I got a bunch of free Quiznos shirts to change into and a free meal that day.
The period story had my jaw on the floor... That is a one-way ticket to dying alone in a nursing home because your daughter is going to grow up to realize you are literal scum of the earth. Shaming an embarrassed girl for something she couldn't even control? Garbage parent, throw the entire man out.
I mean, hopefully she can realize that because the emotional abuse is just setting her up to be stunted. 😢 Specially if no one in the family has her back she could grow up with insecurity thinking she can't do anything right.
What irked me the most is that he said something like "she needs to understand actions have consequences" when a period accident literally involves no action at all.

my jaw was on the FLOOR hearing the story about the dad and daughter with her period. it's already so embarrassing to have a period accident at ANY age, but let alone punishing a THIRTEEN YEAR OLD who probably doesn't know anything about how to deal with periods is unbelievable. i hope she's doing okay and that his wife leaves him or something bc holy shit
Not to mention that's sometimes why children unalive themselves. Having one of the people in your lives whose supposed to have your back and be your support. Fuck that asshole.
I think Damien was 100% correct in saying that the dad was embarrassed and was trying to cover for himself, by humiliating the daughter even further. Holy fuck, what an abusive dad. I really hope the mum gets the kids away from him stat.
It's always the parents who do not teach their kids about how to handle things in life that get mad at their kids for not knowing how to handle things in life
Yes I wanted to cry listening to that story. Trying to navigate your period as a child is so unbelievably overwhelming at times and to have something like this happen and then have a parent who is supposed to love and support you absolutely destroy you will definitely be a defining moment in that kid's life. Just from the detail of the "punishment" I'm going to assume this wasn't the first incident of cruelty and I wouldn't be surprised if she grows up and cuts off all contact.
I work at a theme park and I had a young girl and her father come up to me and some coworkers the other day; she had gotten her first period and was freaking out. The dad walked up and gave all of us attitude about not knowing how to help her other than finding a female employee to help. We took the girl to get some feminine products and left the dad there. She was calm and collected after we left him, and I felt so much pain for her.
The guy who kept hiding his wife’s belongings because he thought it was cute is the type of creep that would have a fetish for Velma losing her glasses on Scooby-Doo
And he was sooo off putting but even that could have been brought up in a healthy way and not been completely gross. The only thing a normal person in that situation would have had to do is just TELL her he thinks she's cute when she looks for stuff. And then instead of hiding her necessities like a weirdo, raise the possibility of buying her little gifts and tell her he hid them so she can find them like a little scavenger hunt But everything about exactly how this dude phrases stuff about her seems like he views her as more of a pet than anything else
If there truly was a “puddle of blood” around the daughter he shouldn’t have scolded her- he should’ve checked on her because that much might not be healthy. She needed her parents to help her- and if it came out she might need a different size and just genuinely support from her family
If it was as he described, he needs to take her to a doctor immediately! There is something wrong. I suspect he was just exaggerating the amount of blood to make her 'crime' sound even more embarrassing for him. Can i just say how beautiful it is for three dudes to be that upset and understanding about the period thing actually made me emotional? Its so great to see guys like "wtf is this dude thinking"
It’s actually really nice to see how young men think about women in a whole different way than men of my generation (I’m 49) and older typically do. It warms my heart (and I have a cold heart) to see guys treating women equally and expressing sympathy for our issues. As a teenager, I learned to shut down my feelings and not bother my boyfriend or husband with my fears and traumas. I knew they didn’t care. That was obvious. It’s really sweet how girls of the younger generations can count on their boyfriends for understanding and comfort. I never cry in front of a man (or anyone) and I doubt I ever will, because I think it would only be used against me somehow, but I’m glad things are changing. ❤ Note: This only applies to liberal men. “She should have known better.” wrote the dad in the period story. SHE’S 13!! She’s likely just started having periods for the past year or so. This is still new for her.
That was one of my first thoughts. I grew up the youngest in a family of 6 where my mother is the only woman. I have no idea what a period is like, but i know when someone is just starting experiencing them, they have to be terrified. That girl was mortified already, and the dad just traumatized her probably for the rest of her life. I seriously hope her mother divorced her father after that cruise. I would've gotten arrested for throwing that man overboard, if I saw that happen. At the very least, I would've gone off on him and defended his daughter. I'm only 19, but I'm 6'1 and weigh over 230 pounds. I wouldn't have stopped until that guy was as embarrassed as his daughter, or until he went overboard. I couldn't imagine doing something like that, let alone in public.
I had my first period at 12 in a pool at the water park area of a theme park. My parents werent there bc i went on a trip with family friends and their kids. An older woman told me I was bleeding and I was MORTIFIED. I immediately got out, went to a bathroom, had a panic attack, changed, and stuffed toilet paper in my underwear. I was so humiliated and had so much shame about periods that i didn't even tell the adults I was with. (No cell phone bc I wasn't old enough and cell phones werent as common for younger kids to have yet) I spent the rest of the day at the park using toilet paper, cramping, and being worried that blood would come through. If an adult had punished me, shamed me, and mocked me for that....I probably would've broken down crying. This is already a core memory and nobody made me feel shitty about it! I can't imagine having your parent berate you like that over something that's already extremely sensitive
Like... RIGHT?! as someone who had periods even as a 19 year old, sometimes I still have accidents and make mistakes like that. You can't really expect a 13 year old girl to understand how to keep a TAMPON IN whilst swimming and it's like... What was he expecting her to do.. Hold it IN?!
The dad who humiliated his daughter literally brought tears to my eyes....... that is SO evil, and in this day where kids are killing themselves left and right... oh... my heart breaks for that poor girl...
I’d genuinely be surprised if she ever forgives him for that or talks to him more than necessary as an adult. Couldn’t blame her one bit if she went no contact.
@@eevesjunkyard the sad thing is that when teens go through abuse like that they don't even realize it's abuse. What that dad did to her was evil and likely shaped her life, set her up for some serious mental health hurdles but she may not even trace it back to that moment until adulthood
honestly I'm feeling so validated from the comments bc I 100% lived through shit like that growing up and totally thought it was normal at the time, it's crazy how much kids inherently trust their parents and their judgement
Petty dream unlocked: Sarah waits until her dad is so old that he loses bladder control, then berates, humiliates, and punishes him for having accidents.
The period story made me so angry. I was alone with my father when I got my first period, circa fifth grade. I was unrelatedly sick in the hospital, and he worked nights at the time while my mom worked days. The man didn’t panic. He didn’t shame me. Or make me feel worse than I already did. He got me clean clothes. Got pads from a nurse. And a bar of my favorite chocolate from my overnight bag started a Ghibli movie on our portable dvd player. That Reddit post is proof that every kid deserves a dad, but not every sperm donor deserves to be a father.
MAAAAAAN my first period story also happened in a hospital! I was with my nan, we were there for some general health stuff, nothing serious - got my period in the loo and somehow the HOSPITAL had NO PADS TO SPARE! My dad's always been chill with that side of life, while he's less than stellar on the emotional side, in very similar ways to the dad, I'm sure if he witnessed this incident he'd have Serious Words for him because WTF
That period guy doesn't deserve children. My dad left work early and had me ditch class and picked me up behind the high school mission impossible style so I wouldn't have to talk to staff and cause me any more embarrassment then took me to get ice-cream in the afternoon. He made it a funny memory instead of a traumatic one.
Damien's soul leaving his body and Noah experiencing a logic error while Shane read out "women's orgasms don't matter" guy's post was amazing. So was Damien just involuntarily screaming at "65" and "gas station". Absolute gem of a video.
His screech of horror at 65 was the best part of this whole thing lol that and the fact they all immediately got jumpy like they wanted to find this guy. Tbh it’s nice to watch some dudes who are actually aware of others as well as take time to know and cater to their partner. Cuz damn some of these Reddit stories made my skin crawl 😬
Only winning by a bit to him immediately afterwards screaming when we find out it's a gas station. Because I think we were all assuming this was like some restaurant or at least some form of food service, but no. It was a fkcin gas station manager giving out personal details about his employees to random strangers so it was even more absurd cuz he loses the even already insane excuse of wanting this client back
Him screaming at gas station sent me. I worked at a gas station for over 5 years & experienced this type of behavior. Thankfully, my management was told they would be fired if they gave out personal information, I guess that it is a family owned business.
I literally threw up in my mouth. No joke. And, as for the father on the cruise, I was genuinely shaking with rage, and still have a throbbing headache. The orgasm and last one were also horrifying. In the end, I wanted to either punch or cuss out every single OP.

@@emraldembrace7939 It's 100% either completely made up or extremely exaggerated . Yea. There are definitely people like this, but it reads like it was written by a teenage boy that just learned what a period was. A tampon isn't like a cork, blood doesn't just pour out when it's removed. And they also don't just fall out unless they're barely in. And somehow she bled through her suit (I'm assuming with the "trying to cover herself" part), there's blood everywhere in the pool AND the lifeguards are trying to clean up a large pool of blood? The average woman bleeds at most 5tbsp of blood during their entire cycle. If she was bleeding that severely she would need immediate medical attention.
Jesus. No no no. That's grounds for divorce. A decent parent would run to their daughter, grab the tampon out of the water, put it in your pocket, wrap her in a towel, scoop her up in your arms and get her to the room to change. Then spend the rest of the trip doing whatever you can to make her feel better. Wtf is wrong with this guy???
Exactly plus the consequence already happened. The point of discipline is to give minor consequences so they learn early and don't have to face the big consequences in life... She has already faced her consequence, what he's doing is punishing her to the point of abuse
I don't understand why the wife didn't step in IMMEDIATELY. There is no way on this earth i would let a man husband/dad or not speak to my daughter like that. AND PUNISH HER FROM BEING ABLE TO COME OUT OF THR CABIN!?!?
I was almost in tears listening to the fourth story. That poor girl... I hope that "father" rots in the worst nursing home known to man. My heart is just so broken for her. When you lose your tampon or have a spillover, it's the most embarrassing thing in the world and you feel so icky and shitty about yourself. That whole thing is just awful.

You have no idea how much I relate to the period story. I had an accident when I was 13 at the movies when I was there with my dad and two of my siblings. My dad freaked out and took me to my moms. My stepmom had the worst reaction though. When I got to my dads she screamed at me saying that I’m only good at ruining things for everyone else. It was my birthday. I’m now 22, and I will never forget that, neither will that little girl.
The story about the guy who hid things from his wife is the literal definition of gaslighting. The play the term came from was the story of a guy who kept slightly changing things in the environment (lower lights in lamps, move things around the house etc) and when his wife would question it he would just say she was crazy or must’ve missed it or whatever. He is literally doing that. Making her slowly think she is going crazy and starts to build dependency on him to help her and gradually doubting herself and her reality. That is mental and emotional abuse. Narcissistic scum bag.
No kidding. And I call BS that he thought it was 'cute'. I think he made all that up about her reaction when finding something just to soften what he has been doing to her and put a different spin on it. The fact that his sisters reacted the way they did and told her immediately, and her own reaction when she found out also supports this was BS. They seem to have recognized it for what it was immediately. And they are much closer to the situation. That speaks volumes

@@fhey7903 Yes, and I have certain objects that I get quite stressed about losing. If somebody hid one of those from me, I don’t know what I’d do. Though in reality, since I forgive a lot of harmful behavior, I’d probably do nothing.
The guy who hid things from his wife cause he thought it was "cute" is so wild. I have ADHD and what he did would have made me have panic attacks, and the way he described her was so uncomfortable. I've had a guy describe how "cute" certain quirks of mine were and I found out after not too long that he was just infantalizing me and treating me like a possession and not a person. When I stopped doing the quirks he liked, he stopped liking me cause I was no longer the thing he'd been fetishizing.
Same I also have ADHD and both my grandmothers died from dementia related causes so I'm super afraid of getting dementia myself. I would have left that guy immediately.

Completely unrelated: I LOVE Damien and Noah’s Hair. I love that they just do their own thing and go with what they want. The vibrant colors they get are just PURRRRRRRFECT (happened to comment when the cat story was going on. ROFL) .
Damian clawed his way out of the horrified pit of despair just long enough to say “Don’t give him sir. Don’t give him SIR.” And then dropped right back down into the pit with a thousand yard stare
I love that Damian’s solution to that one funeral/concert dilemma was to bring the Era’s Tour to the Brother in Law’s funeral. Modern problems require modern solutions
I’m furious that the 13 year old girls mother didn’t put a stop to that and actually allowed her daughter to be ostracised at dinner. Regardless of if she’s angry at her husband now, I can’t believe it went that far.
As Shayne always says, these guys tell the stories in the ways they think makes them look the best. Which means it's way worse behind the scenes. She's probably terrified of him and is abused just as much.

I truly hope that was a fake story. If not, i just know the daughter is gonna have an amazing life after dropping her dad when’s she’s an adult.
I came back to this video 10 months after it was posted and hands down it is my favorite. I don't wanna give these three men a medal for being emotionally intelligent, but they at least get a shout out at the school assembly. I love this.
"My wife said it was cruel but I said it was just a joke and that she needed to toughen up" yep. That's what a middle aged father of 4 named john would say.
The abusive father story really emotionally exhausted everyone, you can feel the energy shift into hostile after that point. This is how abuse affects EVERYONE in the house, it creates atmospheres that harms everyones wellbeing. I hope that girl is doing okay and getting better support. And I agree with what you guys said, once those kids get older- I hope they help eachother get out...
The worst part about the eras tour story is like.... They literally can go to both. They just want to be there early. Bring your clothes with you and get changed at the venue. You can go after the funeral, you may miss the opening act but you will still see taylor.
Right? Or just go to the concert in the funeral clothes. Like ffs, if my sister lost her husband nothing could keep me from being there for her and this girl is just so self-absorbed she can't see past her own desires for how desperately her sister needs her
Tbh I accidentally missed Gracie Abrams (Thankfully still saw Beabadoobee!) and I still had a ton of fun. Tay is on for 3 hours. The opening acts are great but not why you're going.
Yeah I mean the support acts go on at 7, Taylor isn't even on until 8. They aren't just trying to be there early, they are trying to be 2 hours early for the support or 3 hours early for Taylor. They can definitely do both.
@@JB-qf5ep given the relationship and age of the deceased only a monster would be able to go to a concert and not support their sister snd the family in this tragedy... She has already seen Taylor before and there will be chances to see her again, Id do my best to contact taylors team to tell them
Can we also talk about how the mother isn’t doing more to stand up for the daughter? The fact that the father clearly doesn’t understand how periods works is sad alone, but the mother knows exactly how they work. She should be standing up for her kid. It was just one trauma on top of another absolutely heart breaking. Neither should be parents 🤦♀️

Nope. Definitely true. Reminds me of my dad (to an extreme level). He isn’t that bad about periods but I went on a trip to Disneyland with my family the other day. One day I was locked in my hotel room and victim blamed and also was bitch-slapped by him (across the face) the next day. Why? What had I done? Not much of anything. But the week got to my dad and he takes things out on me. I’m the oldest and a girl. Also almost sixteen. I stg the Reddit story is deadass.

Hearing y’all freak out over the employee getting doxxed situation was so comforting, honestly because I don’t think some people realize the repercussions that come with doxxing someone.
as a swiftie, they did NOT have to be at the stadium by 5pm😭😭😭😭😭 like taylor does not come out on the stage until 8pm, you do not have to be there 3 HOURS EARLY. and the set is 3 HOURS LONG. there's no way that they would have missed the ENTIRE concert had they gone to the funeral. no way, no how.
That's exactly what I thought and it also doesn't take the whole day to get ready like I know its nice to have the day but they could just wear the makeup and hair they had at the funeral and change the outfit when they got there like its not hard
Also, he mentioned wanting to get ready which he could've done in his car after the funeral. Like leave a bag with the change of clothes and the things you need (makeup, hairbrush, etc) and do it in the car. Everyone has done that at least once in their lives, it's not like it's the end of the world
That’s exactly what I thought, I know VERY WELL how hard it was to get those tickets, but they couldn’t shift their timetable TO SUPPORT A CLOSE FAMILY MEMBER GRIEVING THEIR HUSBAND?? THERE ARE SO MANY WAYS THEY COULD HAVE DONE BOTH WITHOUT ANY REAL ISSUE
Rewatching this and as a mom of a little girl, y’alls response to the AH Dad was glorious. I would have shoved him off the damn ship if it was my kid. The men, women, and nonbinary people of Smosh give me hope for the world. Love y’all so much ❤❤
I just love how Damien and Noah are getting more and more annoyed by the stories. It brings me great comfort as a woman that they're sympathizing with the 'victims' from the stories.
as an empath, glad I wasnt in the room for the gas station story because it was already upsetting as a woman, and seeing their reactions was somehow cathartic but oh my god I can feel how angry and disgusted they are through the screen
Gaslight guy was so unbelievably creepy. I missed the first part where he said he was talking about his wife, and genuinely thought he was talking about his toddler or something.
Legit, if you ASK your partner and they find this equally funny that's one thing (idk WHO finds this funny, but I know it happens). But he was actively OBSCURING that he was doing that over years. That's just gaslighting for sure
As a vet nurse, the whole owner not training their dog, thinking they are trained are the worst ones we see. Especially when they say “oh they are friendly”, tries to bite anyone that comes near them
My dog barks at people and she isn't aggressive. This is why we are working on it. She doesn't get to go meet the human if she barks more than once. And if she barks constantly, we leave. One bark is telling me there's a person, and given that she sees better than me in the dark, I appreciate that bark. Any more than that is rude or may be seen as threatening. It's been a slow process because sometimes it's hard to get her out of sight of whatever she's barking at, but she's starting to get it.
Went to meet a dog to see about watching them for 20 days. The dog nipped at me 4 times in half an hour, oh she stops that once she gets to know you better. Ummm no sorry sir I'm not qualified for this 😅
Tbh as far as the funeral I wouldn't be offended if it was mine. Go live your life. I'm dead . And most people ik would feel the sane but I know that's not everyone and underatand sister being uoset
My answer is always "If he did anything I'd be suprised" but I never say never. Heck my horse who would NEVER try and hurt someone on purpose and is probably one of the easiest horses to handle I still never say she would never act up because you never know
As a woman I would feel 1000% safe being drunk and alone in a room with any of these 3 (Shayne, Damien, and Noah) purely based on their responses to these stories.
@@vividimagination2044 you are very right. I don't see myself ever being in the position of being drunk or alone with any of these people but you are right to call me on my false confidence that is based on the persona I see in front of a camera. yea it was very funny and slightly terrifying when that happened cause bro said it so casually and without any pauses. Dark Damien (see Damien interviews more exes to get this joke) was certainly fed their fair share of angry retribution fantasy in this video.
The poor girl who had the accident is probably gonna have trauma surrounding her period for YEARS!! And that father will probably never have a good relationship with his daughter ever again. My heart literally dropped when I heard what he did.
It took me years to get over early period trauma from accidentally bleeding out in public when I first got mine. I can’t imagine what was going through this poor girls head as she got *punished* for something she can’t control. Especially, at that age when it’s still very confusing to get the hang of and get used to. John was easily one of the worst ones in this video
@@Stormcryo yeah I drove home from school one time back when I was in high school and it wasn’t until I got home that I realized I had COMPLETELY soaked through my light blue jeans. And i mean full leakage. No idea when it happened initially but by the time I caught it, it had definitely happened at LEAST an hour before. No one ever said anything so I try to tell myself no one saw but I STILL think about that almost 5 years later and that was with no one even mentioning it. Can’t imagine what it would’ve been like if someone had PUNISHED me for it.
For real. When I was 14 I went on an end of the year school trip to a theme park and got my period three days early as we were on the bus about to leave the park at the end of the day. I didn’t even know until I stood up to open my window and the two boys sitting in the seat across from me immediately started _screaming_ “EWWWWW!! FUCKING GROSS!!” and laughed and pointed at me. In a split second, every boy within 6 rows of seats of me jumped out of their seats like they were on fire and ran towards the front of the bus like I was contagious or something. The girl I was sitting with went silent and changed seats with a disgusted look on her face. I had no choice but to sit there bleeding and crying for the entire 3 hour drive back to the school, and do the walk of shame to my mom’s car when we finally got there while everyone laughed and “EEWWWWWW”ed.
@@CharlieApples that's genuinely so dehumanizing and awful to hear, I'm sorry that happened to you. That whole story is SO! EFFING! GROSS!! You just caused that woman to have to MOVE! To a different state, at least! You just effing ruined her life, because YOU TOLD. A STALKER. WHERE. SHE LIVES. Did he see "the pain in his eyes" and just so easily and quickly throw her under the bus because....HE had hit on her before, and been shot down.....? AS her boss?
The father punishing his daughter for her period story legit made me cry. The trauma and shame that she's going to wrestle with for years to come!! And we can tell by the story that he's not a good father in other ways because if I'm a dad, and I see my daughter crying surrounded by blood, I'm gonna be frantically trying to calm her down and make sure she's okay. But no, this dad became immediately angry. Hard red flag right there alone.
How emotionally mature Shane is incredible for such a jokester I'm always so Gobsmacked about how he hits the nail on the head with the issue of all of these everytime. Such a good choice for the host of these.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO ONE OF THESE ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH WITH DAMIEN! You guys are my comfort people and you guys helped me through a time when I didn’t think I would actually make it out and I just always love Damien’s input on mental health! Thanks!
TSWift ain't hitting the stage until 8:30 at the earliest. You can go to the funeral and still be in your seat by the time she starts singing "Our Song"
Ignoring the funeral aspect, if it's general admission I can understand getting there early. If it's an arena with seats and sections, you're doing too much trying to leave hours early. But stans are stans. They are clearly not normal concert goers.
The Eras tour one is so wild. Taylor doesn’t even get on stage until like 8pm. There’s no general standing tickets so you don’t have to worry about getting there early. There’s absolutely no reason why she can’t go to the concert later on because she isn’t going to miss Taylor. At worst, she’ll miss a support act.
I’m a Taylor Swift girl through and through. That woman’s music has shaped me as a human being and I genuinely cherish her as an artist. That being said-I would resell my tickets the instant the funeral date was set as the same day as the concert because THAT’S MY SIBLING. My mother would personally light my phone on fire with the tickets pulled up in Ticketmaster on the screen as it burned if I tried to chose a concert over comforting my grieving sibling that is actively experiencing TRAGEDY.
Also how do they think Taylor would react if she heard they blew off their sisters husbands funeral who died in a tragic accident just for her concert like?? Taylor would probably think they were gross too
okay but i went to one of her concerts the same day of my grandpas funeral a few hours later but only because he was the kind of guy that wouldn’t want anyone to be sad that day. he was the kind of guy to encourage everyone to go off and have fun even as he was in hospital. he was an icon truly
@@_katie_d definitely a difference there though. You didn’t SKIP your grandfather’s funeral to see a concert. And usually the death of an old and/or sick grandparent is expected, as opposed to a sudden and traumatic death of a young person in the family
55:20 I work at a hotel in Georgia. If someone walked in and had my information, especially since I live within walking distance to the hotel, I would be freaked out and furious.
The story about Sarah hit me HARD. That's the kind of shit my dad would do and then think he did nothing wrong. Her dad is the reason that girl will have trauma for the rest of her life.
You know what, also, he should have (and still should be idc if she is older and not living there or whatever) been immediately fucking reported to CPS. Fucking livid over here.
Same, wow i actually started crying when shayne read it. i can just remember the feeling of not wanting to tell my family the first time, like many people did when they were young. But to think that she was probably even more scared because she knew what was bound to happen with such a shit father of hers
A common theme is often the phrase "I would never hurt [person]!" - but when that person tells them they are hurt, they refuse to apologise and do mental gymnastics to make what they did ok/justified. So what they really mean is "I would never accept responsibility for hurting [person] and I think i'm in charge of deciding if and when their feelings are hurt."
yup. It just means "I don't want to be someone who hurts person so I've decided it never happened." part of growing up is deciding whether you care more about not feeling guilty or actually no longer BEING guilty.
On the ‘doxxing my employee for fun’: I work as a lifeguard. We’re all 16-18 aside from my supervisor who’s in her twenties. This guy, probably 17, comes up and asks for my coworkers number, obviously we said no and told my coworker what happened. She doesn’t know the guy and was very uncomfortable with the experience, we all were. When he came back to ask again, we said she left. He clearly didn’t believe us, there was no way any of us were going to tell him where she was. I was guarding by the window that faces the lobby. The guy was leaving and knocked on the window to get my attention. He mouthed “I know she’s there” as he pointed at me and then at the break room where the other lifeguards are. I told them and we were very worried. I turned to face the outside so I could keep an eye on him. While she was getting ready to leave, I kept seeing him pass by the window and peek in like a serial killer looking around the corner. My supervisor ended up confronting the guy, blocking him as my coworker and another guard walked out to their cars. My supervisor didn’t leave until they both left the parking lot. I don’t know what would have happened if I didn’t see him passing by the window, thinking he left
It's the fact they will do this so obviously too... that's what makes me cringe when other people try to downplay what women go through when creeps like that will just openly show their creepiness.
I don’t like when people throw the word divorce around! But the way I would have divorced my husband for treating our daughter like that on her period..absolutely disgusting and unacceptable
i love how noah and damien are both like “ah yes, murder them all.” very relatable when reading some of these stories (the dad punishing the daughter jfc)
As a woman, nothing would scare me more than a creepy man that has been stalking me for a while showing up at my house, knowing my full name and phone number.
When I was on a cruise with my dad, I had started my period the day beforehand. I’m so so grateful that my dad was so kind about it, not forcing me to swim or shaming me for having my period lol. That dad is absolutely insane. It’s so humiliating bleeding through, it’s scary and hard to clean, too. I hope that his daughter is doing okay and he has gotten his karma.
To me the worst is the dad who humiliated his daughter over her period accident. A grown ass man being that mean and demoralizing to his innocent young daughter is the worst.
Not to mention the fact that he's drilling into his daughter's head that her body and the natural things it does are disgusting and, by extension, she's disgusting. He's not only compounding her embarrassment and self-consciousness - something I know that any young teen but especially girls at that age don't need help with - he's making her feel like being a woman is a shameful thing to be hidden away from the world. On top of it, as they mentioned, if the other kids are boys, how are they going to think about women when they go out into the world if this guy is the one teaching them about life? Dude should not have children.
as a woman who's had an awful period and unfortunate accidents my whole life I'm so thankful to have a dad who always supported me/made me feel unashamed. poor kid!
My favorite part was Noah's "By your logic you don't deserve to live because my hands can wrap around your throat and hold." Like that is just such a metal line.

I agree. He should definitely be put in a hospital. Preferably _urgent_ _care._
@@stitchedwithcolor I do gotta say, I'm someone who has periods and used to work at a swim school. Wearing a tampon in the water was absolutely expected. So even the most experienced people on this kind of subject would probably be likely to tell her she'd be alright wearing a tampon while swimming

Some people go through life denser than Osmium.
some people are cement. thoroughly mixed up and permanently set.

It really is. In a world where we still get made fun of and ridiculed for having an accident its VERY comforting to know there are men out there who have empathy towards those of us who bleed. “She should have known better.” wrote the dad in the period story.
SHE’S 13!! She’s likely just started having periods for the past year or so. This is still new for her.
Right?? Very possible she doesn't even know how to use a tampon properly! Those things are scary! Let's see the dad explain how to use one, I'll wait
The period story is fake, don’t worry.
As a swiftie, missing your brother in law’s funeral for the concert is actually insane. Sell the tickets and be a decent human being for f’s sake
The dad who humiliated his daughter literally brought tears to my eyes....... that is SO evil, and in this day where kids are killing themselves left and right... oh... my heart breaks for that poor girl...
Me too, I feel so sorry for her. It really sounds like a traumatic experience:((
I’d genuinely be surprised if she ever forgives him for that or talks to him more than necessary as an adult.
Im sorry but if I was her mom, I would lock him out, and get the fuck out after, if this is how you treat your child, I’m out.
Petty dream unlocked: Sarah waits until her dad is so old that he loses bladder control, then berates, humiliates, and punishes him for having accidents.
OMG I NEED TO SEE THAT AS AN UPDATE UNDER THE POST
YES!! I want this for her so badly now.
I'm so ok with this
Aaaah, the LONG game. I love it!
Because unlike a period you can hold it 😂
The period story made me so angry.

Damien involuntarily screaming when Shayne said "in his 60s" is the most relatable thing I have ever seen
Damien’s screaming at 60’s and Gas Station are amazing- that’s how I felt but I didn’t need to scream cause he did already
I literally threw up in my mouth. No joke. And, as for the father on the cruise, I was genuinely shaking with rage, and still have a throbbing headache. The orgasm and last one were also horrifying. In the end, I wanted to either punch or cuss out every single OP.

There's no way it was real. Whoever wrote it wrote it specifically to upset people.
I would be mortified if I knew that dad! Not even if I lost my tampon in the pool but because my dad has the AUDACITY to try to make me feel bad about myself!
@@amberr6707 Who knows. I hope that it is made up, but there are probably people out there like him. 😬
Everything. Everything is wrong with this guy

Right? Or just go to the concert in the funeral clothes. Like ffs, if my sister lost her husband nothing could keep me from being there for her and this girl is just so self-absorbed she can't see past her own desires for how desperately her sister needs her
That is what I was thinking. Just miss the prep. Get there right when the concert starts.

Tbh as far as the funeral I wouldn't be offended if it was mine. Go live your life. I'm dead . And most people ik would feel the sane but I know that's not everyone and underatand sister being uoset
My answer is always "If he did anything I'd be suprised" but I never say never. Heck my horse who would NEVER try and hurt someone on purpose and is probably one of the easiest horses to handle I still never say she would never act up because you never know
I love Damien in reddit videos because he always voices exactly what I was thinking except he articulates it better than I could
As a woman I would feel 1000% safe being drunk and alone in a room with any of these 3 (Shayne, Damien, and Noah) purely based on their responses to these stories.
Same, you can tell they’re wholesome people by their reactions.
Absolutely. They seem like absolute amazing people
You can never know who someone will be behind closed doors and out of public sight
@@vividimagination2044 you are very right. I don't see myself ever being in the position of being drunk or alone with any of these people but you are right to call me on my false confidence that is based on the persona I see in front of a camera. I still think that if they are genuine in who they are here, they are safe people but we can't guarantee people are who they present themselves as in public.
They seem like the kind of guy that would take you home, tuck you in and make sure youre on your side if you urp.
Can we please have Damien and Noah on these more. I loved seeing the dark side come out in response to these monsters.
yea it was very funny and slightly terrifying when that happened cause bro said it so casually and without any pauses. Dark Damien (see Damien interviews more exes to get this joke) was certainly fed their fair share of angry retribution fantasy in this video.
@@corpsecoder_nw6746 Yeah, Arasha ;) was really funny in this video. I was glad to actually hear dark humor on this channel.
@@CharlieApples that’s awful!! I’m so sorry 😞
@@CharlieApples that's genuinely so dehumanizing and awful to hear, I'm sorry that happened to you. I can't believe the adults didn't stop their behavior, that would've been a great teaching opportunity but instead it wasn't. I really wish to someday soon live in a world where female anatomy and health is normalized
I really love these three talk together. Level headed, smart, funny and respectful.
52:11 and 52:37 Damien’s double scream in the gas station doxxing story, he felt that on a visceral level.
There have been some amazing face journeys and reactions during this video but these two moments srsly cracked me up😂
That whole story is SO! EFFING!
8:50 the sweet build up to 8:58 ‘i will hold their head under the water til the bubbles stop’ is absolutely hilarious
i love his delivery in this episode so much
Fr Damien is my spirit animal
"I can show you all 10 places where they are right now" was an amazing followup too.
He’s absolutely abusive
Straight up. I hope he had to get his dick amputated or something
“This man is 65” *genuine shriek of terror* 😹
Damien’s argument about people NOT really training their dogs is FACTS!!! Thanks, Damien, for keeping it real
Very true! It blows my mind how some people literally have no control over their pets. Basically living with a wild animal 😂
It's not even hard at all for basic behavior, let alone "tricks"
True. I love dogs, but an untrained one is NOT fun.
How emotionally mature Shane is incredible for such a jokester I'm always so Gobsmacked about how he hits the nail on the head with the issue of all of these everytime. Such a good choice for the host of these.
It's that psychology degree. Lmao jk but also yeah he just seems naturally a good guy, well rounded

@@McBehrer did she stutter, she's godsmacked bro
Do you stand alone?
Damien’s scream at “and he is 65” was too relatable😭😭
GAS STATION 😂
His reactions to that entire story/ this entire video restores my hope in humanity
You can go to the funeral and still be in your seat by the time she starts singing "Our Song"
literally her opener has at least a 45 minute set
except she doesn’t sing our song :(
she could dress in black for the funeral and it can be a reputation era fit lmao
Ignoring the funeral aspect, if it's general admission I can understand getting there early. If it's an arena with seats and sections, you're doing too much trying to leave hours early.
But stans are stans. They are clearly not normal concert goers.
Why should she go to the funeral thou? She won’t gave him a life. Nothing will change.
And she has 2 supporting acts per show so it's not like she'll miss Taylor
@@entirelybonkers8832I imagine she wouldn't care much
@@_katie_d😬 well to each their own I guess
Fucking livid over here.
and she‘s so young too, poor thing - I hope the mother gets her away from him!
Exactly 💯
This!
Damien and Noah jumping straight to murder every time is sending me
i love how noah and damien are both like “ah yes, murder them all.” very relatable when reading some of these stories (the dad punishing the daughter jfc)
As a woman, nothing would scare me more than a creepy man that has been stalking me for a while showing up at my house, knowing my full name and phone number.
It’s illegal in most places for employers to do that, so I would sue
As a human being (although a man), I can't think of much else that would scare me more, either. Lmao.
That's why we have the 2A..
Not the good Reddit Karma, the bad karma. 😭
I’m rewatching this, and Shayne’s rephrasing the period story to say, “how are three people who don’t have period…” is so thoughtful.
makes me smile ☺️
I literally came here to see if anyone else noticed, it made me so happy
W shayne
Took me a moment to see what you were saying. Yeah, Shayne's just unreal levels of thoughtful
He was definitely a bully in school
as a woman who's had an awful period and unfortunate accidents my whole life I'm so thankful to have a dad who always supported me/made me feel unashamed. poor kid!
Noah is so real for saying "That's my biggest fear. Crazy people."
