Just got my set today! I haven't used the intercom with the wife but was calling out at 60 mph with my full face HJC helmet and two different people could hear me loud and clear! The speakers are great too.

Rocking a HD 30K Unit that came with my new bike. I have sold my regular Sena 50S as it didn’t offer the full functionality with the GTS / WHIM.

I just purchased a pair today. They are quite expensive @ $650.00 for the pair. I anticipate they will work just fine with my 2021 Trike.

General USA HD rider opinion is that Sena branded gear is better quality and sound than what they produce for HD! Cardo and JBL speakers are better again, and that HD system looks like a huge carbuncle on the side of the helmet. Cardo is neat compact and also well known for being waterproof. As a Cardo user if it connects with the HD system I wouldn't be touching the HD offering.
I also wear a Bell Broozer. Is there any way to make it work with these speakers, or would I be better served to pick a different unit like a 30 series? Thanks. Good video!
Hey Monty, yes you can I have just done it. Probably not recommended but I had to get creative and do some minor cut outs to the foam shell in order for the correct speaker placement. Works fine but technically may have weakened the helmet… who knows. Good luck 👍🔥

I’m with you bro. But it’s still pretty snazzy when you think about it. Might have to buy another Harley just to find out. The missus won’t want me to ride hers at all. 🤣
I have the same Helmut only problem is the holes in the front removal piece let too much air through the piece and that wind keeps tripping the microphone and goes into talk mode I ended up putting a piece of felt between the insert the Helmut came with and plastic face tried it last night and no more phantom mic trips
Hey Rick thanks for the feedback buddy appreciated. Either that or you can turn VOX Voice activation off in the headset setting when you’ve got it plugged into the computer if you don’t use it.
I found if I coughed or cleared my throat or even sang to a tune it was annoying so I switched the VOX setting off. Cheers more to come 👍💥
Evening. I also have the same helmet the Gargoyle X07. The shop I just came from told me that I could put the 50s in said helmet. I just want to clarify that this was done successfully with good result. Much appreciated brother!

Is it rain proof ? My HD 30k wasn't. Started doing button commands on it own. I'm making a silicon Cover for the one I Just ordered....
Hey Allen apparently not and still not which is disappointing. They can handle light to medium rain ok and I found in heavy can cut out or stop working but after will dry out and resume working. 👍💥

No it doesn’t unfortunately must be the Harley branded version they’re obviously chipped or coded someway. It will work but not with the High Def good audio 👍💥
@@FastnCurious not true. I use my Sena SRL2 with WHIM. But quality of the music is deep shite.
