    Thank you for another awesome video! So insightfully, my sister, who lives in Denmark, just shared with me that she just began being a carnivore with her boyfriend, and since she is a nutritionist, she mentioned so many health benefits from it! I am praying to really get into the right mindset for doing this. I know you made other videos about this life-changing decision; I am going to start watching them to gain more knowledge. I am in my mid-40s, and I am feeling blah lately. Please share more recipes. Thank you so much! God bless you and your beautiful family.❤️🙏

    Found it! Thank you! My kids have kind of been on this diet since the beginning of their solid food life, before we knew it was a thing LOL I generally avoid feeding them processed foods anyway because they're neurodivergent (ASD and ADHD), yet they're the healthiest and tallest kids in their age group. Now we know why! The only thing I want to start doing now is eliminating the carbs they eat like toast and pasta. :)

    • @robertsontribe
      @robertsontribe  Год назад +3

      That is awesome! Way to Go! You will see some big changes once you eliminate pasta a grain! Their inflammation will go down a lot. I noticed my kid’s bodies got so much slimmer all over but didn’t lose weight. And pasta and grain is sprayed with so much chemicals, you will be eliminating that from their bodies too.

    Wonderful! Every bit of it~ your children will absolutely continue to respond positively, just as we did. Our brains & bodies simply function & feel SO much better on a meat-based way of life. Butter/cheese/yogurt/cream/etc are all delicious animal products, & if our bodies respond well to them we should surely enjoy them- imho. I do realize people have their own thoughts & practices when it comes to carnivore/meat based eating~ that's so good, & we would do well to respect one another's choices. It's all good, literally.
    *One of my favorite things to have on hand is alfredo- or a quick hollandaise- for added fats, interest & texture. besides, I've been known to overcook our meat at times & a good sauce sure helps!🤦‍😂

So if you never introduce processed foods and teach them that processed food is not actually food but genetically modified frankenfood, they won’t eat it. @@robertsontribe I didn't mean when your kids are adults, I meant at this age. I've been ketovore for almost 4 months. I've lost a ton of weight, reversed my pre diabetes, feel great, etc. But that's because I cut out wheat/grains/sugar/Corn, all the stuff in the SADiet. But I'm 45 and had been eating SADiet all my life. Plus I do IF 18-6. I have no issues doing all this, but I can't imagine kids doing this. I mean, if your kids are fine with it, then hooray. But I'm imagining being their age and going to a bday party where there's pizza and ice cream. I really hope more children can do this lifestyle, but I just think it would be hard. I hope you understand what I'm getting at.

      I'm wondering if steamed cabbage might be on her family's menu also. It seems to me to be a plant-based food with very low "anti-nutrient" content (almost no Oxalates, for instance), and it seems to go nicely along with meatballs or Pot Roast, and other "dishes to pass", that are primarily animal-based foods. I don't know too many people who are averse to eating cooked cabbage, especially if it's cooked well, and it seems quite easy to digest also. It has an interesting texture, and provides a few good nutrients (along with a bit of fiber), without being too challenging on the GI tract -- unless a person is extremely sensitive, of course. I always associate cooked cabbage as a comfort food. Small amounts of cooked onion go really well with Pot Roast too, IMHO, as they are not an offensive food (i.e., very very low, in "plant anti-nutrients") and they confer a small amount of nutritional benefit, and add an interesting texture, when eaten alongside meat foods. Perhaps they make eggs a bit more interesting, also. Again, only in small amounts ... and as something like a "garnishment".)

    • @robertsontribe
      @robertsontribe  Год назад +4

      I have come to learn that veggies are not very good for you. they are full of anti-nutrients and are very hard for the body to digest. Honestly, we never really liked veggies in our house and when we did eat them, we covered them in tons of processed sauces, sugar or some other thing to mask the true taste. why eat something you are always masking the true flavor? You really don’t like it.
      It has been ingrained in us to eat veggies but an ancestral appropriate diet is meat with next to no plants.
      Our family doesn’t like fish. I like salmon but no one else does, so i don’t buy it. Chicken has very little fat and fat is amazing from you. So we like to eat meat with the most fat. We do eat chicken but not often at all.
      Milk has 12 grams of sugar per cup. That is a ton of sugar and we like to avoid as much carbs and sugar as possible because it causes inflammation in your body and just makes you crave more garbage food. The best yogurt to eat would be plain. I personally don’t like plain yogurt and I don’t eat flavored yogurt because it has too much sugar.
      We eat a lot of cheese because it is high in fat, has no carbs or sugar and we digest it well.
      I would highly recommend reading Dr. Ken Berry’s Book: Lies my Doctor told me. It is a life changing book!
      And then start watching videos by Dr. Berry, Dr. Shawn Baker, Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Steak and Butter Gal…..and the list can continue! But one you understand that the SAD is truly toxic and when you start eating a Keto - Carnivore Diet because it is ancestrally appropriate, your health will thrive.
      I am the healthiest I have ever been and never plan to change! 😊 Blessings on your nutrition journey!

    I have been keto for years and I am sure you are aware that you change your kids micro biome in a certain way… nothing to worry about unless they decide they do wanna eat a salad later on and they are in severe pain and bloated AF because there are no bacteria strands in their colon to break down the greens. I am sure though you did all the research to make sure you don’t do your kids a disservice with this way of eating!

      Digestive enzymes and probiotics (if they are the higher quality products, and not cheap "knock off" brands) can help a person with digesting foods they are not used to. Whether plant-based or meat-based, is the best of my current understanding. It takes a while to do the research, to find the very best digestive aid products. Especially helpful for older people, who can sometimes have lower stomach acid (not good), not as much bile production, or some other digestive problems that occur with getting older. Digestion, like human biology, is complicated! Apple cider vinegar (1 tablespoon w/ a little water, shortly before a meal) can help increase stomach acid to a more healthy level, also, I've read. Drink with a straw, however, so the acid doesn't damage tooth enamel. Lemons are healthy, in moderation, also, but they also can damage tooth enamel - if not consumed carefully (with a straw). Kids like oranges, much of the time, and they contain some healthy compounds (such as Vit. C) for overall health.
