    5 juices a day
    1 ltr when u wake up
    8 am Tomoro/carrot/keera juice upto 300 ml
    Around 10-10:30 2 glasses of water
    11 am fruit juice orange
    1 PM water as per the requirement
    2 pm mixed fruit juices
    5 pm sugarcane juice
    7 pm any juice of u r choice like pineapple
    Repeat for first 7 days
    Fruit fasting: papaya, tarbuja/karbuja not sure of name, watermelon.
    3 times 3 fruits
    8 am Papaya
    1 PM karbuja
    7 PM watermelon
    Repeat 7 days.

    I did raw food diet (fruits and vegetables only) after 7 days I lost hand grip. I could not hold anything. I was scared. Went to doctor. He said salts from body have flushed out. He advised me to go back to normal dite. In 2-3 days I was normal. Our bodies have lost salt observing power from fruits and vegetables. Because from childhood we are eating added salt food. Mathena garu anyway don't eat salt so, his body will not have problem with raw food diet. Doctor advised me to reduce the salt consumption first then replace one meal with raw food and then 2 meals and then to full raw food. Do not go for fruits and vegetables dite directly. It's a practical experience. Train/prepare your body for raw food diet.
