( I am scared of eating less and losing hair, deficiencies blah blah) I lost some weight but I hit a plateau! From last 3 months! Sooooo.. this is an eye opener for me. I am sure his maintenance calories are way more than mine and he still ate around 1300 calories! And this is an assurance for me to and eat only upto 1200 calories per day! (As long as it is balanced and nutrient rich) Another thing I learnt: soya paneer is half calories of normal paneer 🤯 Please do more fitness and diet related videos! ❤
