- This is an s curve scoliosis practice specifically for right thoracic left lumbar curves, however, if your curve pattern is reversed so you can still do this practice.
⭐ If you have any injuries or other back conditions that make you unsure about practicing yoga then check with your health practitioner first.
⭐ Yoga for Scoliosis is an individual practice so if you have any concerns or are not quite sure if these poses are right for you feel free to get in touch for a 1:1 consultation. Email Christine at info@yogaberry.net
⭐ If you are unsure of your curve pattern then make sure to get a proper diagnoses from your doctor. You can still do all of my practice videos without knowing your curve pattern - just make sure to practise symmetrically until you know more.

I am so happy I have found your channel and can't wait to recommend it to clients! (I'm an RMT). I feel so so so much relief after doing any of your yoga sessions and feel a little bit straighter and stronger every time :)
Fantastic! So glad to hear that!
Hi Christine, did the yoga exercises prescribed by Dr Loren Fishman straighten your curve?
Regards
Bob
Hello, please inform me, how long repetition everyday? And when the best time to do it? Morning after wake up or?
This is an example practice! To get the most out of it it's best to have a tailored practice for your individual scoliosis curve. I personally like to practice in the morning but really whenever I have time!
Is good to sleep in this position if I have right thoracic and left lumbar scoliosis?
You mean with a bolster or cushion? Yes you could try that. Especially if one of the curves is bigger. I don’t do it because I move around too much 😊
@@MoveWithScoliosis so i should sleep on right side with the cushion underneath my thoracic curve?
Artemi Nikolife yes and cushion under the lumbar spine when you sleep on the left
Does this straighten my 30 degree curvature?
Probably not this video alone! I would get some help to get a personalised programme and then you might be able to improve it!
How many hour/times should we do this in a day?
kugan raj this is not a one pose fixes everything approach! It’s to build into your daily practice. If it feels good do it every day!
Wish I had watched your instructions before I did the side lying pose! I was not using awareness of my body and started squirming around to get comfortable and I think my top two ribs on my left side (I think that is my thoracic curve side) overlapped each other and pinched something inside. I was in excruciating pain for several days! I don't know exactly what happened. I have avoided lying on rolls after that, but I think that with your instructions and being very mindful of my body, I may try it again. Thank you!
