I was almost disappointed until you added the butter. Then my heart perked up when you did. You are so right it does make it better, I always add butter to my spaghetti and its so good. Sometimes if I make tacos and my meat gets a little dry I add some butter to it and then I'm good to go. Thank you I enjoyed being in your kitchen.

I usually throw some of the browned meat (or mushrooms) in the spaghetti sauce jar and shake it around to "clean" the last of the sauce out of the jar without watering down the sauce. Unless you were going to add a little water anyway. I just discovered your channel- I know what I'll be bingeing on the next week or so!

Italian is one of my favorite dishes… I love it… So this dish is right up my alley. I like to use the lil mini pepperoni. I use it when I make Italian monkey bread… yummy… it’s so good and would be great with this dish. I’ll make it one Sunday soon. Next weekend is more amish bread. 16 more loaves to give away… Would you like to have a loaf… if you’re not afraid to eat my cooking I’ll send you a loaf to share with your hubby and Stephanie… I don’t mind at all… Thank you once again.. this will be a great Sunday meal with a salad. Are we going to see this pasta salad recipe soon? Please! Also, garlic will keep for MONTHS if you put it in a paper bag and keep it on the counter. I have had garlic last up to 9 months this way! I however do live in northern Wisconsin, so I get a longer lifeline. Putting it in the fridge is what kills it.

Absolutely. You can add to your liking. I would add towards, or do a sauté before onion meat mixture & remove till you start building to put in oven
