- I love how I feel after this kriya - especially the final two movements. This set makes me feel fresh, energized, strong, and focused!
I opened this kriya (roughly 35 minutes) with a long breath sequence and visualization practice to tune in and connect the energy body with the physical.

Great video, thanks! 💙 Heads up, the adverts come on at really awkward times, it happened a few times where I was in the middle of breath of fire and then a 30 second adverts would come on and I’d have to pause to skip it, I think you can set it up so the ads run at the start & or end 👍
