I was forced to find another kundalini yoga teacher, because the one I was practicing with shifted in her journey of awakening toward something else completely. I was hesitant to try your video, and I took a week off to satisfy my ego. I was upset and frustrated, as I was practicing with her videos for years and she completely removed them. I decided today, no more allowing my ego to be the force I used to move in my own journey. I decided to try this video first, even though I favorited many of your videos...this one was great. I got a great energy boost, and love your guidance throughout. Moving energy up my spine was exhilarating. I believe Spirit was shoving me out of my comfort zone, by taking my teacher away. I appreciate this video sitting cross-legged and Kneeling. I live on a small boat with no room for a yoga mat. I sit on my bed and can do this whole video without much movement. But still waking up my spine and Chakra and my internal organs. We all thankyou.

Thank you for this. I have been doing Kundalini yoga with my lovely teacher for about 3 years. I can no longer fit into her schedule of classes and needed to find a class that I could do & fit into my schedule. This is a nice short class and you are a great teacher.
Just finished this practice and i have to say for me it was one of the best ones out there. I went for a cold shower afterwards and the water actually made me feel really warm. Spine exercises combined with bhastrika breathing really did the work. I have tried lots of kriya exercises or breathworks alone and they all seemed to miss something. Combining both works magic my fellow truth seekers.

I am a new yoga teacher trained in Hatha and Ashtanga, and while I really enjoy the practices which are a bit more "physically" difficult, I love how surprisingly challenging and intense the breathwork and the tuning into the subtle bodies makes me feel! This is one of the best Kundalini class I've found on youtube, not only are your instructions of the postures and breathing techniques clear and easy to understand, I find the amount of time you go through each movement is long enough to have an intense reaction in my body, but not so long that it's impossible to accomplish. i actually did this 1 time and fully awakened my kundalini early and had to sleep for about a full day. i recovered after rest and still feel lovey and different
After a long time of pain and complaints, of shoulder (left) and lower back and several visits to hospital and medical professionals, it turned out that nothing was wrong with me according to experts... But where does the pain come from, for years I thought it was a physical thing, but I found out (during kundalini) that it is on an energy level which manifests itself in the physical body. I started Kundalini through you, and notice many positive benefits. I have become much more aware of energy tensions / blockades. Key insight is breathing and working through the tension, by intensifying it, and realising it. I think that recently my solar plexus chakra has opened, I can breath from my lower chakra's to my throat chakra (it move like a snake, when I breathe in or out, and the creasiest thing of all it goes automatically with my breath). I cannot yet get the energy past my throat chakra, but I am aware that there is a lot of tension here, as well as around my heart chakra. So my kundalini journey continuous ... There are six paths for the liberation and one of them is kundalini yoga.Bhakti yoga is simpler all of them, surrender yourself to the supreme lord.What a powerful class it is thanks for that. You are crazy this is not exercise. It's a confirm 🎟ticket for samaadhi moksha. Any person did it seriously even 1 hours energy will stuck in his pelvis region cause critical pain.

Since several months I have spinal problem in the neck and a nerve is inflamed. These exercises help me to widen the spine so that the nerve becomes free. And since doing this practice I have a lot of energy all over the day and feeling depressive because of the neck spine Hase gone away. Thank you so much! 🙏

@@allineamentodivino it’s hard to explain, but when you awaken the third eye it’s almost like a magnetic or tickly sensation between the brows. Also, when my eyes are closed and I’m attuned, I can see a deep violet colour - this is the colour of this chakra. It’s called Ajna chakra, or “I see.”

This worked well for me. Great to have the instructions available like this. I just want to add a well-intended warning that this practice is a power tool that should be handled with caution. Pushing to do more and more and faster and faster can be harmful. The energy channels need to widen and open up gradually, and the nervous system needs to adapt gradually as well. There is great variation as to how sensitive people are to this practice. For some, pushing hard is no big deal. For others it can have severe side effects, medically and mentally. Please, fellow yogis who are new to this practice, listen to your bodies and be gentle with yourselves. It’s an amazing practice, but there’s no need to overdo it. It can be tempting to push oneself since it feels so good, but it’s better to have patience rather than burning out. I’m not kidding. All the best wishes, and thanks again for a great video!

Hello Andrew ... I did this practice yesterday ... I was having an “off” day with a health challenge. When I got to the heart ❤️ throat I felt the tears 😭 stream down my face ... Beautiful every time I do kundalini yoga I have a very pleasant experience I’m new to it and am not the most flexible in my knees and ankle due to motor cross accidents but non the less it’s beautiful. The last time I performed kundalini yoga I had a vivid lucid dream that night it was amazing.. fingers crossed it happens again tonight
Set your intention! Before you go to bed do a short meditation, focus on the 3rd eye and tell yourself, "When I dream at night, I am conscious of my dreams. I am lucid." Repeat a few times and go directly to bed. Enjoy 🙏💞

This appeared on my RUclips feed this morning and due to having had a painful back neck and shoulders I did the practice. I should say that vinyasa yoga is an integral art of my daily routine. I have included kundalini yoga intermittently but this was absolutely the best guided practice of Kundalini yoga ever! I was pretty sure that as my spine is very flexible and hips open and despite the fact that this back issue is usually triggered by heavy lifting and manual work involved with heavy gardening that this was an energy issue. About two thirds through I felt a warm flow on my left hand back ribs which extended upward to my neck. Immediately I was aware that the graunching sensation in my upper back felt while doing shoulder shrugs had dissolved completely. I am now pain free. I appreciate this has been a very long comment but I thought you would appreciate the detailed explanation of how your teaching assisted me and confirmed to me that this was energy needing release. I have subscribed and will definitely be continuing with your kundalini ascension practice, which I feel will be perfect for this time of collective awakening. Gratitude from the U.K. 🙏🫂🧘🏻♀️

Hello, I’ve been doing this kundalini exercise for about a month and I’ve seen more synchronicities as I progress. I have a question, will my kundalini eventually shoot up as if being activated by a guru or will it gradually rise? Also how long will it take to activate and achieve a kundalini awakening. Thank you so much 😊 💚
The path to awakening Kundalini is completely individual. So the time it take to reach different levels of awakening and the experience of awakening itself will be unique for each individual. For some it may happen in one meditation and for others it may take lifetimes to achieve. The experience itself depends on which body the Kundalini awakens. If it wakes up in the physical body you make experience strong shaking or feelings of pain/pressure/pleasure throughout your body. This is the typical "shooting up the spine" experience. But if it awakens in the subtle bodies it will manifest completely differently. And it may happen quickly during a class and feel like an explosion or it may happen so gradually that you don't even notice until you look back a year later and realize that you hardly recognize the person you used to be, because you've grown and evolved so much. Awakening is not some crazy, out there, unreachable thing. But if you're constantly seeking one idea of what it is you may miss out on how it's already happening. ie: the synchronicities that you're experiencing. I would also encourage you, if you really want to awaken your Kundalini, to explore more Traditional Kundalini. Yogi Bhajan's system is great! But it's more inclined to purifying the body and strengthening the nervous system than actually awakening the Kundalini. I recommend you to try these two classes: "Kundalini Fusion" is a great place to start because I combine this spinal series class with a Traditional Kundalini sequence: ruclips.net/video/mUEojJqi-8w/видео.html "Path to Awakening" is purely Traditional Kundalini and one of the simplest sequences that I personally have experiences various awakenings with many times: ruclips.net/video/5QPafiLNlkY/видео.html

Today after I did your kundalini session I felt the kundalini energy on the bottom 4 inches of my spine. It was amazing, I’ve never felt energy or pressure like that before. It wasn’t a rough sensation but rather it was soft, but I could feel it. I’ll definitely check out the videos you sent and try them out. Also I have one more question, when we finish the practice and say “saaaaat nam” you recommend that we lie on our backs or meditate. Should we meditate/lye on our backs before or after we say “Saaat Nam” And if we choose to meditate should we meditate with our spine erect or meditate lying down. Thank you so much for all you do.
You're welcome brother! I'm happy to help :) Typically in this style of class we chant Sat Nam to end the class, after meditation and final relaxation. But there's nothing wrong with closing the class and continuing to meditate or do more savasana. If you do your meditation after the Sat Nam make sure you have some other ritual to close the meditation - it could be a Namaste and bowing down, expressing some gratitude, a self-hug, ringing a bell, etc. Just something to close the energy and signify that the meditation or relaxation is finished and it's time to come back. As for how to meditate. Sitting with the spine erect is your best option! It's true that the Buddha said we should learn to meditate in all 4 positions - sitting, standing, walking and laying - but laying meditation is definitely one of the hardest! Practice meditation sitting first. When you lay down, take savasana and relax. This is not the same as meditation! And it's important that you take Savasana and NOT try to meditate at this time. Hey Rafeel. Is it common to shake between the exercises? Sometimes my whole body starts to shake like am posessed or something when I doing this kundalini yoga with you. And it feels so nice to just let everything go and shake, so I am not trying to stop it either. Thank you for this video by the way.
Hello Robin, Thank you for your question. In short, yes, it is not uncommon. Some people may experience strong shaking or other physical sensations from these types of practices. Especially in the beginning as lots of purification and opening of the energy channels is occurring. However, it comes with a warning! I know what you mean, that it can feel pleasant, and somehow the mind starts to think something really powerful is happening. This can be a big trap though so be cautious! We mustn't get attached to these sensations for they will eventually pass. And if we are attached, the mind will start to think that the practice is no longer working, or it will try to fake the movements to continue feeling accomplished. Actually we need these movements to stop so we can move on to the next phase of our journey. Shaking is a sign of the energy awakening in the physical body. But as our awareness evolves we want to gradually move from the gross physical body towards the more subtle bodies and sensations. This is when the practice really starts getting powerful and going much deeper. So for now, do not worry. Enjoy. It is not unhealthy or bad in any way. But also do not encourage or long for this experience. Be very honest with yourself and observe if it's happening on its own or if you are attempting to amplify it to satisfy some craving of the ego. I hope this helps! Keep up the strong practice

I was forced to find another kundalini yoga teacher, because the one I was practicing with shifted in her journey of awakening toward something else completely. I was hesitant to try your video, and I took a week off to satisfy my ego. I was upset and frustrated, as I was practicing with her videos for years and she completely removed them. I decided today, no more allowing my ego to be the force I used to move in my own journey. I decided to try this video first, even though I favorited many of your videos...this one was great. Just finished this practice and i have to say for me it was one of the best ones out there. I went for a cold shower afterwards and the water actually made me feel really warm. Spine exercises combined with bhastrika breathing really did the work. I have tried lots of kriya exercises or breathworks alone and they all seemed to miss something. Combining both works magic my fellow truth seekers.

This is one of the best Kundalini class I've found on youtube, not only are your instructions of the postures and breathing techniques clear and easy to understand, I find the amount of time you go through each movement is long enough to have an intense reaction in my body, but not so long that it's impossible to accomplish.

After a long time of pain and complaints, of shoulder (left) and lower back and several visits to hospital and medical professionals, it turned out that nothing was wrong with me according to experts... But where does the pain come from, for years I thought it was a physical thing, but I found out (during kundalini) that it is on an energy level which manifests itself in the physical body.
I started Kundalini through you, and notice many positive benefits. I have become much more aware of energy tensions / blockades. Key insight is breathing and working through the tension, by intensifying it, and realising it.
I think that recently my solar plexus chakra has opened, I can breath from my lower chakra's to my throat chakra (it move like a snake, when I breathe in or out, and the creasiest thing of all it goes automatically with my breath). I cannot yet get the energy past my throat chakra, but I am aware that there is a lot of tension here, as well as around my heart chakra. So my kundalini journey continuous ...

@@allineamentodivino it’s hard to explain, but when you awaken the third eye it’s almost like a magnetic or tickly sensation between the brows. Also, when my eyes are closed and I’m attuned, I can see a deep violet colour - this is the colour of this chakra. It’s called Ajna chakra, or “I see.”

This worked well for me. Great to have the instructions available like this. I just want to add a well-intended warning that this practice is a power tool that should be handled with caution. Pushing to do more and more and faster and faster can be harmful. The energy channels need to widen and open up gradually, and the nervous system needs to adapt gradually as well. There is great variation as to how sensitive people are to this practice. For some, pushing hard is no big deal. For others it can have severe side effects, medically and mentally. Please, fellow yogis who are new to this practice, listen to your bodies and be gentle with yourselves. It’s an amazing practice, but there’s no need to overdo it. It can be tempting to push oneself since it feels so good, but it’s better to have patience rather than burning out. I’m not kidding. All the best wishes, and thanks again for a great video!

It's called the "Row Boat". And yes, for this movement you inhale as you lean back and exhale as you reach forward.

Beautiful every time I do kundalini yoga I have a very pleasant experience I’m new to it and am not the most flexible in my knees and ankle due to motor cross accidents but non the less it’s beautiful. The last time I performed kundalini yoga I had a vivid lucid dream that night it was amazing.. fingers crossed it happens again tonight
Set your intention! Before you go to bed do a short meditation, focus on the 3rd eye and tell yourself, "When I dream at night, I am conscious of my dreams. I am lucid." Repeat a few times and go directly to bed. Enjoy 🙏💞

This appeared on my RUclips feed this morning and due to having had a painful back neck and shoulders I did the practice. I should say that vinyasa yoga is an integral art of my daily routine. I have included kundalini yoga intermittently but this was absolutely the best guided practice of Kundalini yoga ever! I was pretty sure that as my spine is very flexible and hips open and despite the fact that this back issue is usually triggered by heavy lifting and manual work involved with heavy gardening that this was an energy issue. About two thirds through I felt a warm flow on my left hand back ribs which extended upward to my neck. Immediately I was aware that the graunching sensation in my upper back felt while doing shoulder shrugs had dissolved completely. I am now pain free. I appreciate this has been a very long comment but I thought you would appreciate the detailed explanation of how your teaching assisted me and confirmed to me that this was energy needing release. I have subscribed and will definitely be continuing with your kundalini ascension practice, which I feel will be perfect for this time of collective awakening. Gratitude from the U.K. 🙏🫂🧘🏻♀️

Hello, I’ve been doing this kundalini exercise for about a month and I’ve seen more synchronicities as I progress. I have a question, will my kundalini eventually shoot up as if being activated by a guru or will it gradually rise? Also how long will it take to activate and achieve a kundalini awakening.

The path to awakening Kundalini is completely individual. So the time it take to reach different levels of awakening and the experience of awakening itself will be unique for each individual.
For some it may happen in one meditation and for others it may take lifetimes to achieve.
The experience itself depends on which body the Kundalini awakens. If it wakes up in the physical body you make experience strong shaking or feelings of pain/pressure/pleasure throughout your body. This is the typical "shooting up the spine" experience. But if it awakens in the subtle bodies it will manifest completely differently. And it may happen quickly during a class and feel like an explosion or it may happen so gradually that you don't even notice until you look back a year later and realize that you hardly recognize the person you used to be, because you've grown and evolved so much.
Awakening is not some crazy, out there, unreachable thing. But if you're constantly seeking one idea of what it is you may miss out on how it's already happening. ie: the synchronicities that you're experiencing.
I would also encourage you, if you really want to awaken your Kundalini, to explore more Traditional Kundalini. Yogi Bhajan's system is great! But it's more inclined to purifying the body and strengthening the nervous system than actually awakening the Kundalini.
I recommend you to try these two classes:

Today after I did your kundalini session I felt the kundalini energy on the bottom 4 inches of my spine. It was amazing, I’ve never felt energy or pressure like that before. It wasn’t a rough sensation but rather it was soft, but I could feel it.
I’ll definitely check out the videos you sent and try them out.
Also I have one more question, when we finish the practice and say “saaaaat nam” you recommend that we lie on our backs or meditate. Should we meditate/lye on our backs before or after we say “Saaat Nam”
And if we choose to meditate should we meditate with our spine erect or meditate lying down.

Typically in this style of class we chant Sat Nam to end the class, after meditation and final relaxation. But there's nothing wrong with closing the class and continuing to meditate or do more savasana. If you do your meditation after the Sat Nam make sure you have some other ritual to close the meditation - it could be a Namaste and bowing down, expressing some gratitude, a self-hug, ringing a bell, etc. Just something to close the energy and signify that the meditation or relaxation is finished and it's time to come back.
As for how to meditate. Sitting with the spine erect is your best option! It's true that the Buddha said we should learn to meditate in all 4 positions - sitting, standing, walking and laying - but laying meditation is definitely one of the hardest!
Practice meditation sitting first. When you lay down, take savasana and relax. This is not the same as meditation! And it's important that you take Savasana and NOT try to meditate at this time. Just surrender and let your consciousness drift around and settle wherever it needs.
One more recommendation I have for you, since you seem quite curious about Kundalini, is to watch our video "Is Kundalini Dangerous?". It's a talk, not a practice. But we go into many details about the process of awakening that I think will beneficial for you to hear.

Hey Rafeel. Is it common to shake between the exercises? Sometimes my whole body starts to shake like am posessed or something when I doing this kundalini yoga with you. And it feels so nice to just let everything go and shake, so I am not trying to stop it either. Thank you for this video by the way.

Thank you for your question. In short, yes, it is not uncommon. Some people may experience strong shaking or other physical sensations from these types of practices. Especially in the beginning as lots of purification and opening of the energy channels is occurring.
However, it comes with a warning!
I know what you mean, that it can feel pleasant, and somehow the mind starts to think something really powerful is happening. This can be a big trap though so be cautious! We mustn't get attached to these sensations for they will eventually pass. And if we are attached, the mind will start to think that the practice is no longer working, or it will try to fake the movements to continue feeling accomplished. Actually we need these movements to stop so we can move on to the next phase of our journey.
Shaking is a sign of the energy awakening in the physical body. But as our awareness evolves we want to gradually move from the gross physical body towards the more subtle bodies and sensations. This is when the practice really starts getting powerful and going much deeper.
So for now, do not worry. Enjoy. It is not unhealthy or bad in any way. But also do not encourage or long for this experience. Be very honest with yourself and observe if it's happening on its own or if you are attempting to amplify it to satisfy some craving of the ego.
