Yo, I'm (not 100% sure) if this is the noise and I haven't even watched the full video through yet, so there could be something legitimately wrong with the vehicle still and I could just be misinterpreting it. However, I saw a review video on this car and the fuel injectors were very audibly making a ticking noise even from the outside of the car. So it could just be the fuel injectors doing their regular thing and it just sounds different with a mic in the engine bay. Just wanted to offer a possible answer to your concern and I wish the best with your car bro, it sounds sick!
Getting my 2024 this week (i’m second in line) or a 2025 in august. No dealer markup whatsoever. I’m beyond stoked, been dreaming about this car for a year
Don't have the Blackwing anymore. Had some issues with the Blackwing and was without it for about 5 months. It was a freak accident and something fell and damaged the rear a bit at the dealership; main issue was getting the special paint to match. I originally had a deposit on an Integra Type S before they even hit dealerships but ended up getting the Blackwing. So the dealership and I came to a mutual agreement and I decided to get an Integra Type S instead. Guess the Integra Type S was meant to be as things went full circle.
@@DrivenDistrict sad to hear that but hope you enjoy the type s. Was there any mechanical issues with the blackwing for you to have it at the dealership?
That's awesome! haha Maybe we can meet up one day. I've been through many cars but my current 2 that i'll be keeping are the Integra Type S and S2000. Just got some mods delivered for the Integra which i'll be getting installed soon and recently got new wheels on my S2000. I've been in NJ all my life but i'm actually moving out of state probably in 2-3 months.
Also I see you play guitar...I do too! I'm not great by any stretch, but I just love music and guitar and just self taught for a while. I do have 20+ guitars and will probably sell some before I move to make the move easier. I can show you some if you might be interested in buying some for your collection lol
Oh btw I move one of these every week doing my job, it feeds in throttle for you in 1st and reverse as you let off the clutch. You don’t need the gas to take off lol.
my integra rattles by my left ear where the seatbelt height adjuster is and it is the most annoying thing in the world sometimes. It doesnt always do it but when it does i give it a smack and it stops
In this video yea completely with a microphone under the hood and by the exhaust to pick up these sounds. Now it has some mods (exhaust, intake and more) if you check more recent vids.
Its junk….just like any other Japanese car being built today. These new expensive junks are not the B18-B16’s indestructible engines from 20 years ago.

it's the wastegate rattle/buzz whatever you want to call it and has been there since FK8 Type R. it is "normal"
As a FK8 owner...I fucking hate it!!
I can't stand it
Sick video man, love the in car view and hard pulls, keep it coming ✌🏼
NIce. Had the loud rattle on the passenger side door/seatbelt mechanism area for a couple days. Came and went.
I've heard some say it's the a pillar trim hitting the windshield for the interior noise you asked about
Nice pulls, how does the car pull out of corners now with the more power coming off the pedal?
What mic are you using I’ve always wanted to record my ITS exhaust it sounds SO good & crisp!
My ITS has that exact same chain sound! It drives me nuts lol if you figure it out, you should make a video on it.
Yea it's crazy how noticeable it is just driving it. I gotta look into it more.
Sounds good Lets go Type S
Can't wait till I get mine

I wonder if that rattling sound is the wastegate rattle issue? IIRC the wastegate actuator arm has a good amount of play so it can rattle like that.
I have the same rattle noise!! Very annoying , but I’m not sure what is causing it?
did you get rid of the blackwing or do you just loan out different cars?

No, it was a freak accident and something randomly fell on the car while it was at the dealership. Nothing mechanical was wrong with it.
Which one do you enjoy driving more?
I also have the same rattle noise! Not sure what it is!
liking it as much as the BW?
No way…I live in millburn and also have a grey on red integra type s. My dad also has a silverstone ap1

Passanger seatbelt on my CTR rattles like that. Or people have said the wastegate.
Do you have a bov?
the interior rattle noise is annoying and I can't figure it out either
Is it stock

The rattling can get very annoying.. it gets louder and you cant unhear it once you notice it

B series suck. Carburated ones were better.
Wow! You are nuts!
You never even had a b16/b18 or you’d know they have to be built to be bullet proofed at anything above 230hp
