Suggest reading Deep Work by Cal Newport. Do 3-4 hours of deep work per day, but in 60-90 min blocks, not realistic to hold intensive focus for 3 or more hours in one go.

The daily routine: Night - Sleep consistently (9pm-5am ideal) - Relax your mind before sleep (self-hypnosis) - Reading (5-10min) - Plan out your day for tomorrow - visualize it in bed (5min) - Write down 3 tasks to do the next day Morning - Keep it simple: Wake up, drink water, stretch, and get to work. Do the most important task of the day. (You'll feel proud knowing others are still sleeping while you're done with your most important task) All daily routines are different. There is no perfect fit. However, you can add non-negotiables. Team sports, Socializing, Creative Hobby etc. Summary & Tips: - Create a nighttime protocol - Create your own morning routine, keep it simple (Have a Deep Work Session after Morning Routine) - Make sure your body is moving, be active! A strong body is a strong mind. Momentum and consistency is everything. You are going to be much more productive than before. Good luck!
