@Marcos Rico Peng... lol im a man, but i just want to comment... im from indonesia. But, if u dont find someone that match ur personality and needed. Living in a big city alone can be lonelier. U dont need hundreds or thousands of friend, u only need a few that a caring person ( although its hard their kinda rare ).
It's more like an egg noodle alfredo without the butter, but cream, and no parmesan, but with chicken (which I do with fettucine alfredo), and interesting an egg.
What a sweet and beautiful stud you are. You seem very content and fulfilled on your own, but you could easily have a high-value girl or guy in your life if you decided you wanted a companion…

The cinematography in these videos continues to improve. The depiction of a quiet soul engaging in self-improvement projects, artistic endeavors, and playing with his cat certainly contrasts with all those Instagram influencers maintaining thirst-trap bodies while eating and drinking prodigious amounts of high-priced items at exclusive locales. On the other hand, someone making the Spanish Olympic swimming team while living in midtown Manhattan would make for a great human interest story.

I just found your channel :) You're doing great. NYC can feel very lonely at 21. I moved from Arizona to NYC when I was 22. It does get better. And you will make some incredible friendships that will last outside of the city and for many years. Take it all in, and don't be afraid to leave if that time comes :)
So much better than living with your parents, never growing up, never maturing and never exploring the world. Men and women who leave early and become successful, are special. Some people can’t even become successful while living with their parents. That means there’s something wrong with the family environment.

Some cooking tips if you don't mind. Never use the same chopping board for vegetables and raw poultry as salmonella can spread to other food. Always keep a damp paper towel under the chopping board. If you can, also use a separate knife for veggies and poultry.
You're not alone, you have Loki with you :) That's awesome that you developed the habit of being active. My dad swam all his life up to 89 years old when the local pool closed down. He used to swin in the river, crossing the river the last time at 78. He was very healthy and almost got to 100 years old. So that's a great habit to have. 👍

I live alone myself with my cat and I feel alone a lot! So I totally understand what your going through. It's very hard for me some days, depression is real!!
During my twenties, my lifestyle was completely opposite of this. Study during the day, have a part-time job in the evening and am also busy meeting people l met online after work. We went out for dinners, and drinks and have had many ONS. Now, in my late forties with kids looking back glad l have had a great bachelorhood.

I'm new to your youtube channel and was impressed with this video. Your a man of many talents and keep them in check. You'll learn new piano songs, keep the faith. I also thrive on a morning routine, giving the gym my top priority, then home to have coffee and check emails, etc. Only get online 2 x's a day and nightime before bed a couple of chapters of a book. I thrive on meditation, reflection and weighing in only on the positive end of the spectrum. As a single man living solo one must remain connected to themselves and few social events with friends. It's not healthy being too recluse. Looking forward to checking out another video of yours. Namaste!

This video is so calming and therapeutic. Watching you chop chicken on your cutting board made me nervous. A little trick is to put a wet or damp towel or paper towel under the board to keep it in one place.

aw you got a kitty! so cute, i highly recommend getting the LitterLocker if you live in a small space. you scoop the waste and hold it inside, then tie up the bag after about a week. Super convenient vs a trash bag, and it doesn't look ugly.

If you put a dish towel under that cutting board, it won't slide around while you use it. Pot holders work too, or that spongey shelf liner. And when you're in the market for a new one, they make ones with rubbery bumpers on the sides that keep it more stable.

I used to be a competition swimmer when I was a young kid. I didn't stay with it since I thought I was going to be a tennis pro, which never wound up happening. I was a good swimmer though and freestyle was my best stroke. I had just turned 12 right before I quit swimming and I was clocked at 28.0 in the 50 yard freestyle. I think if I had kept it up I maybe could have made the college team.
