No one said it was better than Windows 10... That being said, especially if you have a Macbook Pro with Touch Bar, taking screenshots on macOS really is better than on Windows 10 in my opinion since you won't have to fiddle around with all these shortcuts. It will also get even better this fall when Mojave comes out, which will allow you to quickly markup your screenshots right after you take them.
Windows has the best, the easiest and the fastest shortcuts in any operating system whether people like it or not ! which makes windows more practical then any OS and makes the job get done faster and easier.

You didn't mention that Command+Option+Delete is fine but the dialog box that comes up requires you to select delete using the keyboard settings in System Preference so that the Tab button goes to different options like in windows. Once done I was hitting return key to select delete but it just cancelled the dialog box. Then after few minutes of searching I found out that Space bar is used here to select the highlighted button. You did not mention about switching keyboard language. On old mac's its command + space, but does not work on new mac's.
