      Because you are not pushing the limit, do weighted pushups untill you feel sore muscle I take day rest according to my body needs.

    Technically daily push ups is quit good
    But his point is absolutely correct too
    When we do any workout by our body our any kind of muscle exer. Our body damaged muscle and then repair
    Then it needs some time to repair by itself ❤

    I've been doing pushups daily for 3 months now and my chest has built a lot of muscle and I've never experienced any kind of wrist pain in thr long run.
    Also my triceps are much more defined now
    In the first few days there was some pain but it got away

    Bro all of you can do daily,,, just keep in mind to also do Some pull moments along with it like pullups or rows,,, and don't do pushups till failure rep if you are doing daily ,,,you can reach to 2 3 reps before failure,, STAY HARD ❤️🔥

    As other commentators said, it's about adaptation. If a person can do 50 max then doing 30-35 is won't affect anything. For wrist one can use push up bar

      This is from Bodybuilding point of view.. Imagine you have trained your chest today in the gym then tomorrow again you are doing pushups.. This will not allow the chest to recover completely for optimal muscle gain.. Therefore it is ideal to allow 48 hrs of rest and recovery time

      Any exercise performed daily will result in overuse of joints which will cause imflammation and pain overtime. Also depends the intensity and weight you are using.Proper rest and nutrition is also required. Listen to ur body sometimes

Keep consistency.rest is important even if you enjoy the pain while workout.So that you do not injure yourself and go back to square one. Listen to your body as i said. Keep working out and you will get a balance

    Does rest only mean sleep or sitting and working also count as rest. Meaning does muscle recovery only happen while sleeping or while being awake as well (while working, while driving etc.)

      Rest means when you are not doing any work (Not giving pressure on your body or muscles)
      Sleeping is the complete rest
      While sitting is the half rest
      In Working, driving etc, you are giving pressure on your hand muscles, back muscles, legs many more.

    Koi diikat nahi hai hum 6 months se daily 200 pushups karte hai multiple tarike se and koi diikat nahii hai hamare sarir me h par diet ka dhyaan jarur rakhiye roj push-ups karne ke 15 minutes baad hii kuchh khaiiye jaise bhige huwe chana , moog aur badaam aur kaju jaisi chiije

    My brother doesn't spread the wrong information, what you said is Truth but half knowledge is dangerous. Did you know a worker from our country, do daily hard work although they are fit and fine. There aren't any side effects doing push-ups daily when you get a proper sleep. There is a catch proper sleep means not to get only 8 hours It's mean, sleep before 10 and wake up before 5. That is the best time to sleep where your body gets more self-healing and you can do it. Don't demotivate others please? If they are doing daily push-ups, they already have Greater mental health, instead of demotivating them, provide the solution and value?

    Sir overhead tricep exercises ke waqt elbow ke tip pe bhot pain hota hai. Aur workout ke baad bhi yeh pain rehta hai. Lekin jab mai tricep pushdowns ya rope extensions karta hu tab yeh pain nahi hota.

      dono sahi h dikkat ye hai koi zyada specific way me nahi nahi batata . daily pushups krna is completely ok agar tum thode boht 1-2 set kabhi laga lo but agar heavy pushup workout krte ho 3-4 sets with lot of reps till failure waale toh fir har din nahi krna chahiye coz muscles need time to recover. It's the same thing ki ek din tumne arm day kiya gym me and next day tum firse arm day toh kroge nahi kyoki arm recover nhi hue honge

    My boxing coach makes me do sets of 20pushups between each round. So that ends up being around 200 push-ups every day. Is that too much or going to be a problem later on ?

      Nope … we train our muscles for endurance not for buffing our muscles if you have good diet it will not hamper your growth . Being a boxer myself believe me they really do work man
