What you find scam here plz tell me he is just asking your dets you can simply tell him that i got no dets thats it even i worked in one of these call centres in my graduation years it is a genuine call not a scam call he just want to make a commission when he is going to provide u an iva and u r only eligible for iva when your dets are more than 5000 if it is less than u r not that is why he was looking for more dets

Thank you so much for videos. I got a call from these scammers about 2 weeks ago while I was driving to Wales. I had some fun and wasted about an hour a half of their time. Same number as you displayed on screen. In the end he told me to F... o.. when I said I had no debts. I hope your channel continues to raise awareness about these complete b......s would try to take advantage of vulnerable people who have real financial difficulties.

Yeah, I started getting calls from places like that after refinancing my car. it is fucked up that these places you trust with info sell or give them away to these kinds of people
With an IVA you do NOT pay your creditors direct - that's the whole point as they get a commission and charges! It also affects credit ratings AND mortgage. His script is illegal! I could "work under the guidelines" of anything.
The more the scammer went on the more his real accent came through.
If they phoned me about a car accident, I'd say:
"Oh yes, the accident when I ran over a giraffe. It wasn't my fault! It just ran out!"

Scammers like this are just so obvious. Their reputation of particular pieces of information, the stuttering, the scripted nature of the whole ordeal, the stupid names they call their programmes( IVA, more like WTF). They're amateurs at best

You should in the middle of one of the tech support calls say "I will as soon as I'm done paying off my outstanding irs balance of 7600"

electric companies in the UK will not cut off the electric due to late payment because it's illegal to do this until after a court date is set and a prepayment metre is installed or a payment plan is agreed
also gas can be cut off because it's not classed as a essential fuel
If you are a vulnerable person ie elderly, disabled or there are children in the home neither your gas nor electric can be cut off in the U.K.
i have been getting these types of calls lately they even know my name for which i wont verify and even tell em they aint getting any money details like bank or credit cards they even say things like i have been chosen for a government scheme but wont give me their company name for me to check their fca approved for which i know is false

Just had one whilst i was trying to watch this, an automated call saying my internet was going to be turned off if I did not press 1 which will put me through to someone who's meant to help, i just made the boop noise with my mouth pretending to press the 1, waited and they hung up, seconds later the phone rang again so i ignored it to watch this lol

I think I heard FDA, which is most likely incorrect. When I first heard him say it, the first thing I thought was "What do food and drugs have to do with electricity and hydro?"

I somewhat enjoy it when they call me, claim to be Microsoft telling me I have a wirus. Maybe I'm a masochist, but I love all the angry swearing I get when I point out that I'm driving, the computer is off, I'm 250 miles from the modem and that I know they're a scammer. It saves me the swearing of answering my phone while I'm driving. (Mom is in her 80's, so I answer not looking at caller ID.)
yesterday i got a call by a similar company claiming to be IVA, i was told my debts will be wiped out by 80 percent, bla bla bla, i told them sory mate your too good to be true for me. i will take no future part in your company.
they can now afford to have one person have you busy talking nonsense while they scam other people..
I tried calling the number that you displayed and now it has been disconnected I think because it doesn't even go through so you obviously scared the crap out of them and they've gone. 👍

Well that makes you look silly the data protection act was axed years ago replaced with gdpr. Also they don't remove information unless you write to them and ask them to and it only applies to companies in the UK

IVA - individual wallet-ary arrangement
this isn't a scammer. they do debt solution. so you pay a monthly fee for all instead of a higher debt. the only catch is you pay more but in smaller amounts

It is a scam. They pretend to be from government backed debt relief organisations and once they have taken your details you end up paying them rather than your creditors. By law, debt relief organisations in the UK are NOT allowed to cold call people.
