Hey lewis, you should use a hacked event viewer that displays all services as running, and all the usual scammer tricks that display warning or error all displaying running or enabled. Maybe even a fake cmd with a fake tree command

It would involve having a modified mmc.exe for that to work, though
I've seen something like that before, with a custom cmd.exe and such. When they use the tree command, rather then scrolling through the directories, it shows a fake security scan that says that no issues are found, whatsoever. There was also a similar custom netstat that shows that all connections are 100% secure and no threats found.
But apparently they still had a fallback plan.. open one of the windows folders and say all those files were virusses and trojans :P
I've seen a couple of videos on two different channels where they did have a fake tree command, that actually drew a picture of a tree using ascii characters.

Many years ago (around 1992) there was a fake command prompt named CrazyDOS, which would give funny answers to all DOS commands - for example, DISKCOMP would by replied with "My disk is bigger than yours".
Suggestion: create fake TREE and DIR commands that would say "NO VIRUSES FOUND BUT SCAMMER DETECTED" or something on that way.

Ever since my grandpa was scammed out of $100 by these guys, I've had a bitter hatred of these "tech support" scammers. I'm glad Grandpa was smart enough to realize what was going after he gave them the $100 and closed that bank account, but I really feel for the people, especially the older and less tech-savvy folk, who fall for this and have money stolen from them, and I will do everything in my power to stop this from happening further.
