    This is a short film featuring Don Fezell's 1964 Dodge, originally driven by Bud Faubel. AKA The Hemi Honker. Don is one of the nicest guys and always is willing to share stories of his famous Factory Muscle Car collection!

    This video is great, I had the pleasure of restoring this car in the mid 80's along with many other famous cars. It is unfortunate that I never had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Faubel.

    those two guys were having a blast lol so this is a historic video you are very lucky to have been there...Bud and grumpy are ground breakers and they both deserved this time again...I really thank you for sharing this with us...I will see you in 2017 at York springs July8 and 9th jim in ohio

      to hear those cars in the building must of blasted the ears I have my headphones on and blasted my ears but being there had to been awesome no doubt about it

    Great video of one of the best. I liked the red Honker too, I think it was a crossram 413.
    Saw the team in the Cecil pits changing plugs after a test run, they just put the socket on a long extention retrieving them through round holes drilled through the fenders!

    I wish he could have given us specs on the Hemi car. All the particulars of aluminum and Plexiglas and such. Nice job

    Heres another hemi race car Oooo Weeeeeee they were feared thats why the race hemi cars has there own special class in N.H.A.R.A HEMI Shootouts bad to the bone

    I think the cars made the drivers famous not the driver made the cars famous but it took 2 to make them famous so I guess it was the car and driver that made them famous

    I just saw the "Hemi Honker" get sold on a TV auction. Not to nit pick, but the car should have a goose on it instead of a mallard drake. Ducks don't honk, geese do! Great car though!

    Grumpy needs some more power in that Chevy faubel is got the bad boy the hemi wins in my books I can see why they called him grumpy lol I don’t know why don bought that

      Why? A W-block 427 is way slower than a Hemi... couldn't even beat a 413 Max Wedge much less a 426.
