Your channel is truly a blessing. Ive had it pretty bad with the anxiety part and hot flashes. I love to just listen to your voice which i find so calming. I love all your tips. I am terrible with all the things on this video...the water, vitamins, eating breakfast is very rare. I usually dont eat or drink anything until midday but i also dont have any energy either. Im going to work on all these important things to help my menopause be easier. Thank you
Thanks, Eileen. All your videos really helped me cope up with menopause. My doctor's couldn't find anything wrong with me. When I watched your videos all made sense. All my symptoms all menopause. They thought I had fibromyalgia but I started what you advised about supplements, exercise, foods to avoid now I'm feeling a bit better. The symptoms are still there but I'm not nervous anymore thinking something is wrong with me. Much 💕
A brisk walk in the morning to the store, the coffee shop, around the block, or just on the treadmill really helps in the morning. 15 or 20 minutes should do the trick.
Got rid of my television a couple of years ago and drink natural salt water with lemon when waking up, drink a great green smoothie with vitamins in the morning. No drama friends anymore have helped my mind, body and soul. Thanks for the info.😁
1 teaspoon of peanut butter between exercise & shower with daily supplements is my normal breakfast. I chose natural peanut butter so the ingredients are peanuts & salt nothing else. It's 200 calories of protein & good fat. It sticks & filling myself up with 1 teaspoon keeps my appetite smaller & it's super fast.
I have a bladder prolapse and am menopausal. I have been doing intermittent fasting to rest my digestive system and help heal. I drink water then go a walk with my dog every morning eating breakfast first thing feels heavy on my stomach. I'm very interested in learning how the body works depending what we put in.. ie. Blood sugar etc.. I will continue to watch your videos.. very interesting.. this morning I will take chia in coconut milk with my protein powder and b vitamins and magnesium.. thank you
I love this lady’s voice very calming I’m going to try these tips permi menopause is having my life at the moment lots of symptoms so I’m working on them all it will not best me 🙏🙏🙏
Loving the rock chick, look really suits you! To be honest you rock anyway, you're the Queen of menopause advice and I always look forward to watching your videos! 🥰 P.S. You can certainly teach a Kardashian or two about how to age gracefully. You look amazing for your age and you have so much grace and charm. You wouldn't look out of place with the likes of Gloria Hunniford, Judi Dench, Maureen Lipman and Rula Lenska. Keep up the good work!! 👍😊
Hi Lisette I don't recommend intermittent fasting as it can play havoc with blood sugar levels, sometimes triggering sweet cravings/overeating. It could also cause fatigue. However, every woman is different and this may help some. All you could do is try it; if you feel worse or crave/binge eat then it is best to stop but if you feel well and energetic on it then you could continue. Best Wishes Eileen
I have slices of Rye toasted with blackstrap unsulfured mollasus and it's great as high in magnesium and potassium. Don't eat bananas if you eat mollasus daily.
Gd morning. Thank you so much. The things that I'm learning and discovering from watching your videos is unbelievable because I was in my apt thinking I was going nutty ..I'm sharing this info now with family and friends
7 to 8 hours sleep... thats a distant memory whats left of it... at my worst was dealing with servre hot flushes causing heavey full body sweating every 10 - 15 mins 24 hrs... I had an early Menopause and the doctors keeped brushing me of until I entered hell!!!!
Hi If you are still having problems sleeping you could try the Dormeasan, this usually works quite quickly. www.avogel.co.uk/herbal-remedies/valerian-hops-dormeasan/
@@kuljitsamra1617 Thank you! and yes have flax seed in my diet, am over the worst now although still problematic but thank you again am always open to suggestions xx
It is very good tips and really helpful. I changed my morning routine and in fact, forced myself to have some breakfast and then coffee on the way to work. But its worth. The only one suggestion I could do is not to set time for tasks because I assume these options based on working time 9-5, but so many woman are working in Health and Social care and the others industries when they start working early in the morning. For me to start working at 8.00 I have to get up at 6.30 get ready and drive to work. And the majority of women are nurses, HSA, teachers which starts day earlier than male. And then dealing at work with these endless symptoms of menopause, doing job and solving problems is hell if lot fir us....
Hi Liubov Yes, it can be so much more difficult now with different working hours but sometimes a few small changes can make a big difference! Best Wishes Eileen
In another video you said that we should stay away from the night shade veggies like tomatoes. This is why it's confusing. Thanks for your videos though.
Hi Trista If you have joint aches and pains/inflammation then it is best to avoid these foods but otherwise they can be added to your diet in moderation. Sorry for any confusion! Best Wishes Eileen

Hi Sarah It depends on what you are taking the magnesium for. If it is to help with sleep then take with your evening meal but if it is for daytime anxiety or fatigue or muscle/joint pains then it is fine to take with breakfast. If you need it for both then split the dose and take both morning and night.
