This has to be one of your most watched videos. I come back to it time and time again. Freezer breakfasts and just fast breakfasts are saving my sanity. I started watching you with the couponing videos and that was really fun back in the day. Now I am learning from your wisdom and know how. Thank you.
why am i just learning how to cook a dozen eggs in the oven i,m 50 yrs old lol,,theres me frying 4 at a time on my oven when the hordes come over for a visit lol,,,game changer for me,thank you for sharing xxx
Love pancakes but not the heavy feeling in my stomach, so i make "egg pancakes" by adding about 7 eggs to the 4cake mixture, i add cheese, meat & kale/spinach then cook as normal. No syrup needed, they aren't heavy and they taste just as good if you save some for later.
I make the regular pancake base, then a cinnamon and brown sugar mixture that I swirl through the batter before baking. Like cinnamon rolls for breakfast!
I've never worn an apron but...sheet pan pancakes/french toast recipes are a life saver on busy days/weeks...you're good Kim

I’d slice the Texas toast in thirds and make French toast sticks, maybe could get more on the baking sheet.
I wonder if you could do the fried eggs in a muffin tin so that each egg white section has the yolk?

Idea regarding baking the bacon, I'd follow that immediately with baking the fried eggs, one pan dirty but 2 proteins cooked , thanks for the eggcellent 😅 idea!!
Such good (and delicious) ideas! I love the stuffed peppers. Throw in some sauteed onions and mushrooms for good measure. Thanks for sharing. You could also get a cookie cutter the same size as an English muffin or bagel and cut the scrambled eggs and cheese slices to fit (ham, too, if needed). Use the leftover "scraps" to roll in tortillas for Breakfast Burritos.

We made the sheet pancakes for dinner last night. They were a huge hit. I think I will make pancakes like this from now on. We used strawberries, blackberries, bananas and chocolate chips.

This is great! We have a family trip coming up with 17 people and it game me an idea to roast some veggies and then add the scrambled eggs on top and we can also make the pancakes on another sheet at the same time! We don't eat bacon but we can bake some kababs that's part of our traditional breakfast meal!

With the oven scrambled eggs...if you take the pan out and stir the eggs around every few minutes, you get lovely buttery fluffy scrambled eggs.

Lately I’ve been adding roasted garlic and onion powder to my eggs, yum. I would poke ur over easy eggs before microwaving, they can explode.
When you do the eggs in the oven and the over easy egg is the white ms total done? Do not like whites that are slimy.

i don’t like eggs so therefore not a big breakfast person… Been searching for some breakfast recipes for my husband and i would never have thought about adding an egg and cheese to a bell pepper.

What is your specific objection
In general, granted, it's a time saver. For a large busy family, or for someone who doesn't enjoy cooking over the stove. But (IMHO) pancakes should always be a nice brown color, with crispy edges. Making you just ache for the butter and pancake syrup to come your direction around the table. Begging for the bacon and over easy eggs to join them on the plate. Sheet pan pancakes are way too thick. Looking bland, sickly pale (even with the fruit on top), tasteless. Old fashioned, crispy-edged, yummy brown pancakes for me because it hits the spot every time!
What is the key to even scrambled eggs like yours? When I've prepared breakfast sandwiches I used a Pyrex baking dish (& they baked super puffy), maybe that's it? Perhaps I used too many eggs? Yours were perfect! I need to try again. Any suggestions appreciated! 😊
