Kay, you looked just exquisite in that green, it's your color. And your necklace was so pretty. The whole show was beautiful ❤ I kept thinking I wish Dan was my history teacher, you do such a superb job. I'm not sure you can top The Rise and Fall of the Monasteries. I don't want it to end 😊
I spent part of my childhood living in Knaresborough and Fountains Abbey was a go-to place on many weekends, and I still go there when I return to England. Thanks for giving me a deeper history of a favourite place.
So many great things!! The Monasteries is just fabulous. I would think just documenting all the information is a project in itself! Well done! The Reading blanket is stunning. Lots of possibilities! I will be joining the Self Striping for September, I have a wip, and finally have to finish this project! I have been all over the place lately! Can't seem to settle on one!
I agree with the last comment; that color is beautiful on you, Kay! Thank you, Dan, for the work you've done on the Rise of the Monasteries; so interesting. Great show! Thank you both.
As always I adore!!!!! The Rise and Fall of the Monasteries. I have been binge rewatching the episodes. The Salty Air socks are so pretty. I love the colour of the yarn. A great Fan for it all. ❤
I am really enjoying the show as I sit on a cruise ship heading to Iceland. I'm knitting a pair of socks using Kay's Salty Air Socks Pattern. We just left Lerwick (Shetland) yesterday. Loved the Jamieson and Smith Wool Shop.
Thank ya'll for these fascinating shows. Dan, I have to ask. On RUclips, there is a show called Chronicals... They always thank Dan Jones, is that you? I ask because they do a lot of shows on the history of England. So, of course, you came to mind.
No other channel provides such a beautiful and enjoyable variety. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for the well presented history lessons that holds my interest. Looking forward to viewing the entire series.

Thank you so much! But fear not, we have something ready for next year that will be very much a sequel x

Hello from Mounds Illinois.
Thank ya'll for these fascinating shows.

No it’s a different Dan Jones who is a writer and historian!
I love the David Austin roses!! My Princess Alexandra of Kent ones look very similar 😊❤️
Just what I needed today 🥰
Wonderful show as always. Kay you looked even more beautiful in that green top. I absolutely loved your necklace. Can you tell us more about it?
I know autumn is not too far away when I hear more crickets singing their last hurrah (in the USA).
Will the cable and twist pattern be available at some point? Beautiful ❤
What a beautiful color on you! You look so pretty
Thank you so much ❤
The 'Homespun Prism' yarn could or should be classified as a Sport-weight yarn. You know between a fingering and a DK weight.
Looking forward to the self stripping KAL. Would it be okay to do a Musselburgh hat in half self stripping and half solid color?
