Sorry about the echo! I have to film a video in a corridor because my ratties are going wild in another room... But I'll buy a better microphone/equipments soon!
But these are the best subtitles and annotations ever! I like how very explanatory they are and reveille the sentence structure. For listening only, I simply move a window to cover them up. If nothing else, one could just use a piece of paper, or close your eyes.
With the explosion of social media sensei's in recent years still no-one touches Misa-sensei for quality of content and it is ALWAYS her videos that I seek out when needing to sort my head out on anything to do with 日本語. The information is always thorough, clearly presented, un-rushed and super informative. I remain constantly amazed at the amount of time and effort she has put in to her videos over the years. お疲れ様でした先生!
I saw this 3-line all japanese comment and it scared me a bit. Then I tried to read it and I understood waay more than I thought I would ! Getting input like that is fun as well. It's interesting with japanese how even though there are words are don't know or wouldn't know how to pronounce, I stil can understand their meaning. I didn't know "長時間" but knew the kanji so I guessed it meant 'a long period of time' If you asked me how 'べんきょう' is written in kanji I wouldn't exactly picture it, but I can always recognise it. I didn't know "今度" nor the "度" kanji before, but knowing "今" makes it easy to understand what kind of thing it would mean, using the sentence other words and context as well. Japanese is fun
Thank you so much Misa for not only teaching us all to speak Japanese, but for also going in to so much detail and depth with your work. Thank you for the efforts with the subtitled/non subtitled versions of each segment, the coloring of the words for visual understanding, and the extra effort that you even put in to your acting. You work so hard to teach us all your native language, and I think it's only fair for me to put in the same amount of effort to learn it. I live in Hawaii so I'm exposed to the Japanese language on a daily basis. You make my life easier lol.
Omg I’m about to cry in relief right now. Thank you SOOOOO SO much for actually explaining the sentence structure and grammar to people like me; I’m seriously trying to learn Japanese for the absolute first time. (Yes, I have 10 years of anime in English subs but rly you don’t get far). I love learning new vocab but it’s been a few days and I need to know what’s going on with the syntax and why!!! So again: arigato gozaimasu! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! You’re amazing aaaand I am so glad you have made these videos. P.S.- you are gorgeous and I love your hair; it really complements your complexion!
I love your breaking up of sample sentences, including colour coding and structures explanation. This means everything. I would love to see you doing some series with long sentences or complex sentences with such a walkthrough. Not only me but I bet people would go crazy!
I love that Misa sensei uses *COLOR* *CODING* for her example sentences! YOU ARE SUCH AN EFFECTIVE and VERY GOOD TEACHER, MISA SENSEI. ARIGATOU GOZAIMASU.
You know, I greatly appreciate the effort that goes into these videos. I know how hard it is to have different colors of text when it comes to video editing, as well as having to make them light up or dim down. I'm super impressed! Whoever edits these videos (I imagine Misa?) is a super hard worker and very good! Hmm I'll try a little bit what I learned in this episode lol! Hmm.... I like BiSH... DEMO Band Maid has a bigger place in my heart lol!
When I study a new grammar point, the first thing I do is to check if Misa covered this point. This channel is SO precious. Also, I really wanted to confort crying Misa in the last example 😂
I love how you not only teach the topic but add some helpful mini facts and explanations, it really helps since you don't always know what should you learn next in a language. Thank you so much!
Thank you for clearing up years of confusion! And I love the colour coded breakdowns of the sentences, the useful word and phrase explanations, and the extra insights about speaking more naturally. Patreon, here I come.
Love the first part of this video, I think simulating conversations makes it feel a lot more natural and helps the brain become more active towards real comprehension of the language. I love your channel and videos though! really helpful stuff!
I appreciate the amount of effort you put into these videos, the quality, the detailed grammar explanation, the subtitles highlighting and so many things that make it such a good channel
I’m not sure you will see this comment considering this video is two years old, but I want to say thank you for summarizing everything at the end because even though I watched the video, sometimes I forget how to use certain things. I always come back and skip to the end as a refresher. みさ先生, ありがとうございます!
I don't know who would dislike this video. I think you maybe just have some envious competitors. Great explanations and examples, and I should know- I've had many a Japanese teacher here over the years! Keep up the good work.
l would like to express to you " MISA " my gratitude for all your commendable efforts. Your videos always helped me to memorise some grammar, expressions and vocabulary.

Amazing content and very well explained; every video of yours that I see in my recommended list is content that I was looking for to improve my grammar.
@@topesjeebal8760 very true, but I feel rewriting it and organizing it (sort of) in my own way helps me remember. But Misa definitely does a great job already.
It's undiscussable the amount of work and time you spent on each video to guarantee our comprehension, thank you Misa sensei. I'd appreciate a video on the usage of ところ, 事,物. P.s the Misa sensei in pink is way to adorable 😊

I like how you colored the sentence, That's alot of effort. Thank you so much.

What a wonderfully useful video!! I loved the parts where you showed us a little dialogue with no subtitles at first. Very nice

Thanks so much for the detailed lesson Misa! I always enjoy your videos. The many examples and explanations are really helpful 🙏
Your subtitles in japanese and english and romaji is REALLY helping me with my hiragana. Andddd the color coding is so good for sentence structuring.
日本人が英語を勉強するためも使えそうな動画ですね。
日常で使われる「~しよっかな」のようなくだけた日本語を丁寧に解説してるのはすごいです。
単語を色分けして対応させるのはいいアイディアだけど動画作成は大変でしょうね。
「つべこべ言わない」が可愛い。
あまり言わないきつい言葉だから照れてるような。
10:32 「お茶でもしない?」は「get tea」
11:04 「お茶をする」は「to have tea」
動画では無意識に使い分けているように感じましたが、どういう感覚ですか?
「get tea」で誘われる時と「to have tea」で誘われる時では印象は変わりますか?
なんとなくですが「to have tea」は誘うときには適さないんですかね。
