Taking into account everything you said about, appearance, looking healthy, taking care of yourself, how you carry yourself etc, and consider that done, I can say from experience, that on my first visit to Phuket some 20+ years ago, I connected with a Tuk Tuk driver, who I now consider a personal friend. He was different, that's the best way I can describe it. He was in his late 40s to early 50s when we met, ex Thai Army, I was still serving at the time, we just connected. We've been out drinking together, gone to Muay Thai nights, been on boat trips and gone fishing, the works. I've met his kids, his girlfriend, and so on, and socialised with him and his girlfriend. It really wasn't long after we started hanging out, and I recall this clear as day, that in the middle of the day, on the way to something, we stopped off at a small boutique shop, in the middle of Phuket, his girlfriend popped in to see a friend. He and I were just hanging out by the car, his girlfriend by the way was in her mid 20s, and her friend was similar. To get to the point, the friend was asking about me, and my friend and his girlfriend were basically inadvertently acting as my hype crew or wingmen. Completely unplanned, but the point is that if you develop local contacts, it really won't take long before you will likely get some enquiries from friends of friends. Works at home, so why not in Thailand.

Good points you're making about that foreigners are exotic for most Thai lady's AND yes they have a much higher sex drive then western woman. I am in Pattaya at the moment and there are so many guys already drinking in the bars at 10 in the morning. This is a receipt for disaster. Being drunken makes you foggy and your emotions will get fu...up. I am pretty sure of that. Than again I question myself. Do these tourist really want something different ? Because if you do, you need to start with something or somewhere and a lot of them are really neglected and unclean. Hard to find excuses for being filthy and drunk in the morning. It's good advice for guys coming to Thailand with a plan but I assume most of the people are here on another mission.

It is a bit sad one must explain that in present Thai culture (or anywhere for that matter), men >60 with BMI >35 need to be reminded of basic hygiene and advised to realty check themselves and their place in the world. In YT Pattaya videos I often see old obese guys shambling alone down a soi looking generally unhappy, like they were expecting a very different experience. If I ever get to TH, I'll do so chiefly for the relatively low cost of living (housing, health care) in an effort to stretch my modest retirement budget. I am aware of recent significant TH inflation, which is mitigated only by even worse inflation in the USA where food and gas have basically doubled from 2020 prices, housing up >30%, motor vehicles >25%, health care ~10% year over year, while Social Security COLA are in the single digits. TH bar girls, freelancers, sex and love are insignificant in my long term living decision.

In my western country I go for proper massages, acupuncture, cupping, scrapping... a few times per month. Is it possible to get a PROPER massage in Thailand (Chiang Mai particularly) and those other services and what are the costs? How can I distinguish between a proper clinic/spa and a happy ending/extras type spa?
You can definitely get the cupping massages here there's all kinds of fantastic real spas and that's the way you tell them apart because they are called spas. As for the price I'm honestly not sure a very good top quality massage at a spa costs about 15 US dollars.. Cheers 🍻

If you're a lonely western man looking for love Thailand in general is the wrong place. For a lonely western man seeking a legit marriage Phillipines is the better option. Filipinos speak English. Filipino culture is more Americanized/westernized. Filipinos are Christian/Catholic. There is also no sinsod/dowry/bride price crap to worry about. Also if you bring back a Filipina bride to a western nation they will have a much easier time adapting/assimilating to life in the west, finding work, fitting in, making friends, etc. then a Thai woman will have.

The Truth is The Same in The Good Old (US of A) a lot of Times If Another Man Has More Money The Lady Will Jump on That Train!! Number one Reason For problems in any Relationship is Money.!!!!
While some of what this guy said is true he was also WAY off the mark when he suggested that Bangkok is “not the right place to meet women”. Bangkok is actually the best place to find intelligent, educated, middle to upper middle class women in Thailand who have never worked in the sex industry, such as students and young professionals. Probably less than one percent of the women in Bangkok between the ages of 18 and 40 are prostitutes and pretty much all of those who are were born outside of Bangkok. I currently live in Phuket but after my previous girlfriend and I broke up last year I ended up flying to Bangkok a lot to go out on dates with suitable women before finally meeting my current girlfriend. Of course, I guess you could also move way out in the countryside in hopes of snagging a super attractive girl before she ends up having kids and then leaving her husband for cheating on her and then going to work in a bar to make ends meet. Although, if the girl is really hot you would almost have to find her when she is still 16-years old in order to avoid this scenario. Anyway, in my opinion Bangkok is pretty much the only place you should be looking for women in Thailand. And this is coming from someone who has been visiting Thailand for over 30 years and now lives here. I would agree however that Chiang Mai is also a pretty good place to find good women. In fact, one of my former girlfriends is from there. He was also not giving the greatest advice about dating sites. I actually met my last 3 Thai girlfreinds on dating sites. While its true that about 50% (not 90%) of the attractive women between the ages of 18 and 40 on Thaifriendly these days are freelancers, that still leaves 50% who are not. And naturally there are many other dating sites out there. Its true of course that you also have to weed out the ladyboys and scammers, which can be very tedious and time consuming, but in my case the hard work has always paid off in the end. Anyway the Doctor also greatly over exaggerated the difficulty of finding love in Thailand. If we are only talking about bar girls, then yes, its extremely unlikely that one of these girls is going to fall in love with you - although over the past 30 years I have actually known more than a few who actually did fall in love with a former customer. But if we are talking about normal Thai women, they fall in love just as often as girls do from anywhere else. Of course, with Thai women this can sometimes create its own problems. Because Thai women in general are pretty insecure they can sometimes become insanely jealous and clingy when they fall in love which can lead to a lot of headaches. In fact, before I met my current girlfriend I was dating a student in Bangkok for a while until I saw her crazy jealous side come out and I ended up having cut all ties with her because I just did not need the aggravation. By the way, I only have relationships with Thai women who are either in love with me or who REALLY like me a lot and I have never given any money to any of my former Thai girlfriends. So, this guy just flat out suggesting that ANY girl you date is going to start asking you for money on the 3rd date (or ever) is pure hogwash. I have dated tons of Thai women in my life and in my own experience this kind of behavior is far from the norm. In fact, after my last break up I went on dates with at least ten different women and only 3 of them turned out to be either partially or wholly motivated by the prospect of financial gain. That being said however, if you are not good with women in your own country then you are not going to have much more luck with them here when it comes to finding a loving relationship. But some men are satisfied to have a girlfriend who is primarily (or even exclusively) with them for the financial support, and I don’t really see anything wrong with this. As for what he said about only sticking to your own age group I do not agree with this either. Although I never target any specific age group and I look at everyone on a case by case basis, pretty much all the women I’ve dated over the past 30 years in the USA, Japan, and Southeast Asia have been much younger than me and me.

In any case, I was not really bothered by the content, but whenever any kind of video seems a bit one sided I always like to give an alternate perspective to balance things out. And lets face it, there are a lot of videos like these on RUclips and they often do not make a clear distinction between regular Thai women and sex workers. They will just say “Thai girls” throughout the video. So, because of this I always feel that I have to stand up for Thai women. I guess some of these guys either think that all Thai women are like that or they think that pretty much all of the men who move to Thailand are going to only be going out with these types of girls. In any case, some of them are so cynical that they make it seems as if nice normal Thai girls who are not motivated by primarily by financial gain are like Unicorns when in fact they all around us everyday. It as if these guys are on some kind of mission to convince the world that the majority or Thai women are scammers. But the plain and simple truth is that these kind of girls make up a very small percentage of the overall population. As for the number of women who are freelancers or Ladyboys on Thaifreindly - which I have probably spent at least 500 hours on - unfortunately there is no way for any of us to determine this with any degree of accuracy since only about 5% of the freelancers actually identify themselves as such in their profiles. Still, I’m pretty good at statistical analysis and my estimate of 50% of attractive women between age 18 and 40 site wide being freelancers is probably a fairly accurate estimate. I am only counting attractive women from that age range because a fairly large percentage of women on the site are above 40 and very few women in the 40 to 70 age range are freelancers so if we included them in the count it would lower the overall percentage of freelancers dramatically. Of course if you are only searching places like Pattaya or Patong then the percentage is higher than it would be on the site overall. By the way, as I may have already said, the reason my experiences have been so different than those of many others here over the past 30 years is not because I am very lucky, but rather is because I am very, very good at reading people and so I am able to weed out the bad ones very quickly. And once I decide that a girl is definitely into me I have never once turned out to be wrong about it later on down the road.

I can tell you since I was just there it can get expensive. I would go into this awesome live music venue and the staff was constantly begging me for drinks. I made friends with some of them and was a regular so I didn't mind. One time I ordered a bunch of food and couldn't eat it. The girls were shocked when I tried to send it back to throw it out and asked if they could eat it. They swarmed my table and picked the plate clean. I ordered up a few more for them and they also ate all of it. They told me they work 15+ hours a day and don't get a break to eat. Poor girls.
Amazing, I disagree on many points Thai Cleanliness: I have been to no massage parlor business in thailand where they change nor wash the sheets or towels between customers. One place on Pattaya Klang has had the same paisly sheets on the massage bed 6 years stains and all. Cleanliness is not a strong thai trait other than the bum gun and showers every few hours. I am certain they shower every few hours due to common parasitic infections and odors evident mainly from eating cheap street food when paying for her own meals. Many vendors never wash their hands and walk the streets making salads and selling reheated seafood. Street meat mystery sausages are another thai event which is highly questionable. Thais do eat rat, pigeon,some squirrel and plenty bugs, roaches,worms larvae etc etc. DIsh washing between customers at street food stalls does not exist unless same day 8 - 12 hour old same curbside dishwater is ok with you. Dish rinsing? forget it.! Exchange money with a thai cook and hands are never washed or wiped so dirty money residue or whatever touched goes rt into your foods. There are several state bus companies in Thailand bringing small town girls to the big city. Many many more private bus companies do the exact same thing. Meeting thai females is a gamble since near zero share truth. Thai women support whatever you choose to believe of them. Meeting jane the virgin is just simply an impossiblity. It is much more common you will meet a thai version of Larry Flynt's Hustler taking a pause vacation and looking for an ATM walking. I see guys displaying women on his arm as if he not P4P all the time. It is funny to view them pretending a stunner under 25 actually is his girl. I also view guys from the west under 25 actually hunting women as if at his age he needs thailand, actually if he should be here. Prices are full ridiculous these days. I spoke to a 4/10 in looks the other day on soi 6. Girl asked 1.5k bar fine 3 k short time. I asked why a bar fine to go upstairs at the bar she replied bar need her for customers. Bar was empty other than other women same as she. Thailand bars all over Pattaya including walking street are chock full of scantily dressed women smiling gleefully. Look inside the bars and one or two men are sitting for a beer. Most men who are sitting bars sit restaurant bars having beers with other men ignoring much anything else. I also notice the streets are packed with men near all of which walk past the bar after looking in or at. Thai women are asking ridiculous prices based on where they believe you are from. Money these days will only net you a complaining poor provider if from beach road or anywhere. Post Covid they are doing ripoff not smiling grateful service. Pattaya especially has gone from bearable to avoidable compared to pre covid IMHO

@@john83me14 HI I do not actually understand how bars make money in Thailand. Most bars are small open air and adjacent to many more bars all sharing same area. The area may be 10,000 square feet. An individual bar may be 10ft x 10 ft. The area is littered with girls who work wherever they say or anywhere so that is why it is strange. Clubs are also chock full of girls, some clubs music and dance others sit down listen others gogo tease and a few full naked sex show type. All clubs are littered with sex workers who get a commission every drink you buy for them or any of them. 150 BATH AND UP TO 500 BATH FOR A FEMALE DRINK. 5 to 15 usd Russian clubs are the most expensive for anything 300 bath beer 4 U ?. Skinny youthful thai hostesses drink shots only and usually at least 200 bath though it just juice not liquor. I remember drinking town where older men sat and drank all night buying drinks. It is now torn down and last about six months. Drinking town was an entire city block. Now there is tree town which also usually has just a few male patrons nightly and is failing big time also. Many other huge drinking areas are up or being built all over Pattaya. Also high rise condos are going up everywhere starting at 120k USD 3.2Million bath for a 32 sq m furnished errrr sleeping box. What seems successful are the older mammasan type food and beer restaurants. Mammasan has all the info a man needs,local cute girls for sex on call, breakfast ,lunch,diner too and rooms upstairs above the bar. One stop Thailand perfected.

Taking into account everything you said about, appearance, looking healthy, taking care of yourself, how you carry yourself etc, and consider that done, I can say from experience, that on my first visit to Phuket some 20+ years ago, I connected with a Tuk Tuk driver, who I now consider a personal friend. He was different, that's the best way I can describe it. He was in his late 40s to early 50s when we met, ex Thai Army, I was still serving at the time, we just connected. We've been out drinking together, gone to Muay Thai nights, been on boat trips and gone fishing, the works. I've met his kids, his girlfriend, and so on, and socialised with him and his girlfriend.
It really wasn't long after we started hanging out, and I recall this clear as day, that in the middle of the day, on the way to something, we stopped off at a small boutique shop, in the middle of Phuket, his girlfriend popped in to see a friend. He and I were just hanging out by the car, his girlfriend by the way was in her mid 20s, and her friend was similar. To get to the point, the friend was asking about me, and my friend and his girlfriend were basically inadvertently acting as my hype crew or wingmen. Completely unplanned, but the point is that if you develop local contacts, it really won't take long before you will likely get some enquiries from friends of friends.
Works at home, so why not in Thailand.

Don't be afraid to "lose" her because you are honest about your expectations , she is not the only one in Thailand... Be respectful towards them but don't let them "play" with you. Once a woman (worldwide) knows they can play with you, its game over for you;-)

I think you are spot on (including country music 😅)and it's really good advice for people who want to make change and turn the life for the better here . I am in Pattaya at the moment and there are so many guys already drinking in the bars at 10 in the morning. This is a receipt for disaster. Being drunken makes you foggy and your emotions will get fu...up. I am pretty sure of that. Than again I question myself. Do these tourist really want something different ? Because if you do, you need to start with something or somewhere and a lot of them are really neglected and unclean. Hard to find excuses for being filthy and drunk in the morning. It's good advice for guys coming to Thailand with a plan but I assume most of the people are here on another mission.

It is a bit sad one must explain that in present Thai culture (or anywhere for that matter), men >60 with BMI >35 need to be reminded of basic hygiene and advised to realty check themselves and their place in the world. In YT Pattaya videos I often see old obese guys shambling alone down a soi looking generally unhappy, like they were expecting a very different experience. If I ever get to TH, I'll do so chiefly for the relatively low cost of living (housing, health care) in an effort to stretch my modest retirement budget. I am aware of recent significant TH inflation, which is mitigated only by even worse inflation in the USA where food and gas have basically doubled from 2020 prices, housing up >30%, motor vehicles >25%, health care ~10% year over year, while Social Security COLA are in the single digits. TH bar girls, freelancers, sex and love are insignificant in my long term living decision.

In my western country I go for proper massages, acupuncture, cupping, scrapping... a few times per month. Is it possible to get a PROPER massage in Thailand (Chiang Mai particularly) and those other services and what are the costs? How can I distinguish between a proper clinic/spa and a happy ending/extras type spa?
You can definitely get the cupping massages here there's all kinds of fantastic real spas and that's the way you tell them apart because they are called spas.
As for the price I'm honestly not sure a very good top quality massage at a spa costs about 15 US dollars..

I recently met a girl in a bar complex in Phuket and paid 2k long time plus fine of 500 and drinks.. She then spent five days with me in Samui for 1500 per day, plus food and the bar fine still.. Was it worth it? yes! But the fever kicks more after spending a few days with a person. I have been home for over two weeks and can't shake it off!

What's up Mark, Pro tip if you are a drunken alcoholic like myself date bartenders they are working while I'm drinking playing pool. They get off late want to go to 7-11 and back to room at 3am. If you're a lonely western man looking for love Thailand in general is the wrong place. For a lonely western man seeking a legit marriage Phillipines is the better option. Filipinos speak English. Filipino culture is more Americanized/westernized. Filipinos are Christian/Catholic. There is also no sinsod/dowry/bride price crap to worry about. Also if you bring back a Filipina bride to a western nation they will have a much easier time adapting/assimilating to life in the west, finding work, fitting in, making friends, etc. then a Thai woman will have.

While some of what this guy said is true he was also WAY off the mark when he suggested that Bangkok is “not the right place to meet women”. Bangkok is actually the best place to find intelligent, educated, middle to upper middle class women in Thailand who have never worked in the sex industry, such as students and young professionals. Probably less than one percent of the women in Bangkok between the ages of 18 and 40 are prostitutes and pretty much all of those who are were born outside of Bangkok. I currently live in Phuket but after my previous girlfriend and I broke up last year I ended up flying to Bangkok a lot to go out on dates with suitable women before finally meeting my current girlfriend. Of course, I guess you could also move way out in the countryside in hopes of snagging a super attractive girl before she ends up having kids and then leaving her husband for cheating on her and then going to work in a bar to make ends meet. Although, if the girl is really hot you would almost have to find her when she is still 16-years old in order to avoid this scenario. Anyway, in my opinion Bangkok is pretty much the only place you should be looking for women in Thailand. And this is coming from someone who has been visiting Thailand for over 30 years and now lives here. I would agree however that Chiang Mai is also a pretty good place to find good women. In fact, one of my former girlfriends is from there.
He was also not giving the greatest advice about dating sites. I actually met my last 3 Thai girlfreinds on dating sites. While its true that about 50% (not 90%) of the attractive women between the ages of 18 and 40 on Thaifriendly these days are freelancers, that still leaves 50% who are not. And naturally there are many other dating sites out there. Its true of course that you also have to weed out the ladyboys and scammers, which can be very tedious and time consuming, but in my case the hard work has always paid off in the end.
Anyway the Doctor also greatly over exaggerated the difficulty of finding love in Thailand. If we are only talking about bar girls, then yes, its extremely unlikely that one of these girls is going to fall in love with you - although over the past 30 years I have actually known more than a few who actually did fall in love with a former customer. But if we are talking about normal Thai women, they fall in love just as often as girls do from anywhere else. Of course, with Thai women this can sometimes create its own problems. Because Thai women in general are pretty insecure they can sometimes become insanely jealous and clingy when they fall in love which can lead to a lot of headaches. In fact, before I met my current girlfriend I was dating a student in Bangkok for a while until I saw her crazy jealous side come out and I ended up having cut all ties with her because I just did not need the aggravation. By the way, I only have relationships with Thai women who are either in love with me or who REALLY like me a lot and I have never given any money to any of my former Thai girlfriends. So, this guy just flat out suggesting that ANY girl you date is going to start asking you for money on the 3rd date (or ever) is pure hogwash. I have dated tons of Thai women in my life and in my own experience this kind of behavior is far from the norm. In fact, after my last break up I went on dates with at least ten different women and only 3 of them turned out to be either partially or wholly motivated by the prospect of financial gain.
That being said however, if you are not good with women in your own country then you are not going to have much more luck with them here when it comes to finding a loving relationship. But some men are satisfied to have a girlfriend who is primarily (or even exclusively) with them for the financial support, and I don’t really see anything wrong with this.
As for what he said about only sticking to your own age group I do not agree with this either. Although I never target any specific age group and I look at everyone on a case by case basis, pretty much all the women I’ve dated over the past 30 years in the USA, Japan, and Southeast Asia have been much younger than me and me.

In any case, I was not really bothered by the content, but whenever any kind of video seems a bit one sided I always like to give an alternate perspective to balance things out. And lets face it, there are a lot of videos like these on RUclips and they often do not make a clear distinction between regular Thai women and sex workers. They will just say “Thai girls” throughout the video. So, because of this I always feel that I have to stand up for Thai women. I guess some of these guys either think that all Thai women are like that or they think that pretty much all of the men who move to Thailand are going to only be going out with these types of girls. In any case, some of them are so cynical that they make it seems as if nice normal Thai girls who are not motivated by primarily by financial gain are like Unicorns when in fact they all around us everyday. It as if these guys are on some kind of mission to convince the world that the majority or Thai women are scammers. But the plain and simple truth is that these kind of girls make up a very small percentage of the overall population.
As for the number of women who are freelancers or Ladyboys on Thaifreindly - which I have probably spent at least 500 hours on - unfortunately there is no way for any of us to determine this with any degree of accuracy since only about 5% of the freelancers actually identify themselves as such in their profiles. Still, I’m pretty good at statistical analysis and my estimate of 50% of attractive women between age 18 and 40 site wide being freelancers is probably a fairly accurate estimate. I am only counting attractive women from that age range because a fairly large percentage of women on the site are above 40 and very few women in the 40 to 70 age range are freelancers so if we included them in the count it would lower the overall percentage of freelancers dramatically. Of course if you are only searching places like Pattaya or Patong then the percentage is higher than it would be on the site overall.
By the way, as I may have already said, the reason my experiences have been so different than those of many others here over the past 30 years is not because I am very lucky, but rather is because I am very, very good at reading people and so I am able to weed out the bad ones very quickly. And once I decide that a girl is definitely into me I have never once turned out to be wrong about it later on down the road.

I can tell you since I was just there it can get expensive. I would go into this awesome live music venue and the staff was constantly begging me for drinks. I made friends with some of them and was a regular so I didn't mind. One time I ordered a bunch of food and couldn't eat it. The girls were shocked when I tried to send it back to throw it out and asked if they could eat it. They swarmed my table and picked the plate clean. I ordered up a few more for them and they also ate all of it. They told me they work 15+ hours a day and don't get a break to eat. Poor girls.

Thai Cleanliness:
I have been to no massage parlor business in thailand where they change nor wash the sheets or towels between customers. One place on Pattaya Klang has had the same paisly sheets on the massage bed 6 years stains and all. Cleanliness is not a strong thai trait other than the bum gun and showers every few hours. I am certain they shower every few hours due to common parasitic infections and odors evident mainly from eating cheap street food when paying for her own meals. Many vendors never wash their hands and walk the streets making salads and selling reheated seafood.
Street meat mystery sausages are another thai event which is highly questionable. Thais do eat rat, pigeon,some squirrel and plenty bugs, roaches,worms larvae etc etc.
DIsh washing between customers at street food stalls does not exist unless same day 8 - 12 hour old same curbside dishwater is ok with you. Dish rinsing? forget it.! Exchange money with a thai cook and hands are never washed or wiped so dirty money residue or whatever touched goes rt into your foods.
There are several state bus companies in Thailand bringing small town girls to the big city. Many many more private bus companies do the exact same thing. Meeting thai females is a gamble since near zero share truth. Thai women support whatever you choose to believe of them. Meeting jane the virgin is just simply an impossiblity. It is much more common you will meet a thai version of Larry Flynt's Hustler taking a pause vacation and looking for an ATM walking.
I see guys displaying women on his arm as if he not P4P all the time. It is funny to view them pretending a stunner under 25 actually is his girl. I also view guys from the west under 25 actually hunting women as if at his age he needs thailand, actually if he should be here.
Prices are full ridiculous these days. I spoke to a 4/10 in looks the other day on soi 6. Girl asked 1.5k bar fine 3 k short time. I asked why a bar fine to go upstairs at the bar she replied bar need her for customers. Bar was empty other than other women same as she.
Thailand bars all over Pattaya including walking street are chock full of scantily dressed women smiling gleefully. Look inside the bars and one or two men are sitting for a beer. Most men who are sitting bars sit restaurant bars having beers with other men ignoring much anything else. I also notice the streets are packed with men near all of which walk past the bar after looking in or at.
Thai women are asking ridiculous prices based on where they believe you are from. Money these days will only net you a complaining poor provider if from beach road or anywhere. Post Covid they are doing ripoff not smiling grateful service.
Pattaya especially has gone from bearable to avoidable compared to pre covid IMHO
Sir, I have never been to Thailand but I want your opinion. Do you think bars will last if customers don't come in, they pay girls a HIGH salary and tourists stop visiting do to girls REFUSING to bar fine or charging high amounts? 🧐 Money has to come from somewhere to keep the lights on.

I do not actually understand how bars make money in Thailand. Most bars are small open air and adjacent to many more bars all sharing same area. The area may be 10,000 square feet. An individual bar may be 10ft x 10 ft. The area is littered with girls who work wherever they say or anywhere so that is why it is strange.
Clubs are also chock full of girls, some clubs music and dance others sit down listen others gogo tease and a few full naked sex show type. All clubs are littered with sex workers who get a commission every drink you buy for them or any of them.
150 BATH AND UP TO 500 BATH FOR A FEMALE DRINK. 5 to 15 usd
Russian clubs are the most expensive for anything 300 bath beer 4 U ?. Skinny youthful thai hostesses drink shots only and usually at least 200 bath though it just juice not liquor.
I remember drinking town where older men sat and drank all night buying drinks. It is now torn down and last about six months. Drinking town was an entire city block. Now there is tree town which also usually has just a few male patrons nightly and is failing big time also. Many other huge drinking areas are up or being built all over Pattaya. Also high rise condos are going up everywhere starting at 120k USD 3.2Million bath for a 32 sq m furnished errrr sleeping box.
What seems successful are the older mammasan type food and beer restaurants. Mammasan has all the info a man needs,local cute girls for sex on call, breakfast ,lunch,diner too and rooms upstairs above the bar. One stop Thailand perfected.
