    How would you treat the gut problems?

  • @JayKayP-r1g
    @JayKayP-r1g 9 месяцев назад +2

    Hi I will give this a try here. Im in my mid 30s, male, and Ive had dreads for the last 12 years that grew to a total weight of 600gramms. Ive always had scales and a pulling sensation on my scalp, until I realised that they shifted around the crown - so I cut them off 6 months ago. And yet the scalp pain remains. There are no visible signs of an inflamation but my scalp reacts to local medication - "ICHTHYOL", but whenever I wash out the product, the pain returns. Ive had mrt's from my head and all, but: How do I stop the pain that turns into headache? Is it the aftermath to my heavy dreads? Is it reversable?
    My scalp got visible through my - now short not growing hair - and nor mother or father had this.
    I think Ive had gut issues for years, but nothing has been diagnosed.

      From William’s Assistant Trichologist MJ: Hi there! Thanks for your comment! Yes, you will need to maintain optimal level of ferritin to ultimately stop the hair loss and make sure that you've addressed all the other underlying issue aside from low ferritin, e.g hormonal and/or inflammatory if applicable. I use minoxidil and I suffer from dandruff and itching and I have a oily scalp....
    I see a sagging in the front line of hair with inflammation...
    A week ago I grinded some allergy pills containing cetirrine And I mixed it with minoxidil.... The experience was good but not enough there is still some annoying itching....
    Do you think this method is successful or does mixing some allergy tablets with minoxdil cause damage?

      I think you should see a dermatologist. Inflamed scalp means infection. Minoxodil will work better when the scalp is infection free.

    Hi, Initial state (hair loss started state), I was facing severe itchy scalp especially when exposure to sun light / body heat (during playing, running,...)
    Nowadays , am facing minor itchy scalp but still there and facing stage 3 baldness. I have oily scalp
    I controlled by washing hair daily with shampoo (mild shampoo)
    Is it good to wash hair daily ?
    If not - Can you please suggest any alternative way ?
    Note:
    - Sometime i use Apple cider vinegar with baking soda (as an alternative of shampoo)
    - No redness , No dryness in scalp

    Does masturbation have anything to do with hairloss?

    • @WilliamGaunitzTrichologist
      @WilliamGaunitzTrichologist  11 месяцев назад

      The relationship between masturbation and hair loss is a topic that has generated a lot of myths and misconceptions. There is no scientific evidence to support the idea that masturbation causes or contributes to hair loss. Hair loss is primarily influenced by genetic factors, hormonal imbalances, age, and various medical conditions.
      However, it's essential to note that hair loss can be a distressing concern for many individuals, and it's common for people to seek explanations or solutions for it. In some cases, stress and anxiety related to hair loss can lead to other lifestyle factors, including changes in sexual activity. Stress and anxiety, rather than masturbation itself, can indirectly impact hair health.
      If you are experiencing hair loss, it's advisable to consult a healthcare provider or dermatologist who specializes in hair and scalp health. They can evaluate your specific situation, identify potential causes, and recommend appropriate treatments or management strategies.
      Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, managing stress, and seeking medical advice when needed are essential steps in addressing concerns related to hair loss.
