*i used this one as a recovery trampoline workout today and it was still challenging enough and got my heart rate up pretty high! you are truly helping me to transform my body. i have been somewhat in a plateau with my weight which is common since you can simultaneously lose fat and build muscle BUT this morning i got the “whoosh” effect and was down FIVE POUNDS!! Meaning my hard work has been paying off all along but my body decided to finally take off those extra pounds. i do believe the trampoline has been a big factor in this (along with strength training and piyo, etc) especially since the trampolining removes excess waste and essentially cleanses the digestive and lymphatic system. i am just so happy and proud.*

Got a rebounder yesterday. This was my first try on it. You make it look so easy while I felt like a toddler learning to walk. A new goal -- conquer the trampoline!
For me, this was most definitely not a Beginner Class. For me, it is more of a lite intermediate. Good intensity throughout; I worked very hard but managed to be able to talk in brief sentences so know I was in my workout zone. I most appreciate your clear cueing, your starting on our right and always staying with the beat. Also the beats per minute were manageable. The hardest thing for me is to transition from jacks, etc. to kicks with the little bounce. The clear beat of the music helped me to perform the kicks. Your excellent instruction has helped me understand the kicks; thank you. I especially liked the jump routine; lots of fun. Told myself I would quit after the next combination but your fun and interesting routine kept me going to the next and the next. Like your arm work; very interesting and not boring. Very well put together combinations; everything flowed well. Will definitely be doing this one over and over and watching for your next.

You asked about the length of class I would like. I am always looking for 20 minute classes as my schedule is so full. I want to rebound every day but sometimes just can't seem to fit in a 30 or 45 min class. I liked your jump rope routine.

Only just brought a trampoline and was nervous about starting to work out again after having a baby (now 6 months old). Well I said I would try it and I did. Have to say, it felt a little scary. This trampoline has been sitting in a garage for many years and I was afraid it would break! But it didn’t and I survived. Love this! Done it twice this week. My only comment is that I would just LOVE if you were to do these videos without music. That way, each person can put on their own tunes while they listen. Some of my favorite fitness people that I follow do it this way and I wouldn't go back. I found this music to be annoying at times. I just want to hear your instructions! Great class.

Looked like a tomato after completing this. Found it hard and stopped a few times, alternating the moved but felt great after the workout!
