    I have a 2011 Accord also (V6) & I just replaced every light in my car with LED & I even put LEDs in my DRLs, reverse lights and trunk light. What a difference it makes, in terms of making my car look and feel more special lol

    Good tutorial & i want to believe same steps applies to the 2006 honda accord.
    I am particular about the door lights because the way u pry it open without having remove the door panel makes it a whole lot easier.
    Can same be done to the 2006 honda accord?

    • @PrecisionLED
      @PrecisionLED  8 лет назад +1

      Thank you for the interest. The fog installation is virtually the exact same as the low beams shown in the video. The only difference would be physically accessing your fog bulb.

    What's the difference between the standard and premium interior LED lights?

    • @PrecisionLED
      @PrecisionLED  7 лет назад +1

      The new Premium 5730SMD LED bulbs are the next generation of new LEDs. Compared to the older 5050SMDs, these LEDs have 3 times the light output per LED. The 5730 LED chip is designed for maximum light output while the aluminum housing helps to dissipate heat effectively for the longevity of the bulb. The new 5730SMD LEDs have a Constant Current Circuit design which helps maintain brightness if the voltage fluctuates within the circuit and has voltage surge protection up to 18V. And of course, all of our interior 5730 LEDs are backed by our 1 year warranty.

      We do not recommend upgrading your turn signals to LED as they would likely hyper flash when ignited.

      The fronts shouldn’t come on even from the factory. Only that middle one does.

    • @bbminetesting6837
      @bbminetesting6837 2 года назад +1

      Don't know if you're still having this issue, but I had the exact same issue. In my case, the map lights didn't turn on whether I pushed the button or opened the door. Turns out one of the switches wasn't getting continuity, so I unplugged and replugged the switch, which fixed it for that side. The other side was just a burned out bulb. Hope this helps!
      EDIT: If the light comes on when you push the button, make sure you have the switch set to "door"

      Which light specifically are you interested in? We offer two color temperatures, 6000k crystal white and 8000k cool white. The 8000k gives off a very faint hint of blue.

    Do these LED lights dim down when the car doors are opened and closed like they do with the factory bulbs? Didn't seem like they did in the video and it's not clear in the product description in your website. Please clarify.

    • @PrecisionLED
      @PrecisionLED  7 лет назад +2

      Thank you for your interest. Yes, the LEDs would indeed dim, exactly as your halogen bulbs do.

    • @PrecisionLED
      @PrecisionLED  7 лет назад

      Was the LED purchased from PrecisionLED? We have never heard of an issue like this before with our kits. However, if you did not blow a fuse in your vehicle, I would suspect it is likely a defective bulb.

    You forgot to wear gloves when installing the bulbs.

    • @PrecisionLED
      @PrecisionLED  6 лет назад +4

      When installing HIDs, the oils from you skin can decrease the lifespan of the bulb. However, the oils do not affect LEDs, so it does not matter if you are wearing gloves or no. We would only advise to use a cloth or gloves when removing a hot bulb.

      I would recommend using a piece of tape to wrap around the bulb, and then use the tail end of the tape to pull the bulb out of the socket.
