Proper diet and training can do miracles, if you do it the right way. It's not 70% diet, 30% training, it's 100% dedication to both. I train at home cause gyms are closed in my town. The workout plan I'm following is from Dietarize, and meal plan also. I lost 7lbs in 3 weeks (mostly fat). If anyone knows some other app or site for diet, feel free to recommend so I can try when I'm done with this one. This one rocks but I like to experiment haha
I got all of that in check too, my problem is insomnia, havin a bit of a hard time getting my sleep schedule back on track. Slowly but surely
Ffs I'm tired of this shit. Everyday Im trying to eat as much as I can, i have to force myself to eat more, constantly huge loads of foods and calories everyday n prevent the urge of puking it out just to gain a bit of weight. Then i see y'all fat obese ass ppl having it easier than ppl like me but you don't appreciate how easy it is for y'all to gian weight and then i see bs like this comments talking about loosing weight, f that if I don't eat everything in the kitchen my body would just eat itself

Yo I’m just now appreciating this guys fucking physique. I’ve been watching him for a year and he’s made incredible progress over such a short time frame. His back and shoulders might be the best I’ve seen. LOOK AT HIS BACK. His lower back looks like a Christmas tree and you can see every single muscle fiber in his body. His abs looks like someone took a knife and drew 6 perfect rectangles in his stomach. This dude is unreal...can’t wait to see what you can do at the show🙌
Well I think he has been training for about 5 years now, it's all starting to add up. Despite popular belief you don't reach 85% or whatever of your full potential in 3 years. Someone with above average genetics who put on 18 pounds of muscle in 3 years has another 13 pounds they can put on by the 10 year mark for example

Just a thought for everyone. Merk's training and nutrition is so simple and straight forward. Lots of people like to complicate their workouts and the types of food they eat. This guy enjoys eating simple foods and his training is so structured and focused based on his goals for bodybuilding. You are seriously an inspiration to a lot of us, especially for me. Justmerk is literally one person that I feel I can actually trust. Many of these other body builder advice videos on youtube look like they take steroids and their transparency on the subject is never clear. This is why i always come back to Justmerk's videos. Hey Merk, not sure if you get a lot of girls watching your videos but you’re a huge inspiration and motivation! I’m just starting out my fitness journey to leaning out and building muscle. I’m 3 months into my journey and I lost 5% body fat and gained some muscle mass. I bought myself some supplements but want to get your opinion on when to properly take them. I have BCAAs, Thermogenic fat burner, and also creatine. If you can help with that, it would be great! Trynna get this summer body right 🤪

@@davynwaters it helps with hydration also helps with fat loss helps keep your joints lubricated can also help your skin massively clears out toxins can help with muscle pumps helps your supplements work better specifically creatine but 2 gallons is a bit much yes you’d be fine drinking even 1 gallon
