Aww I love this! I love the idea of making the top of his door soft for him and also the cute soft paws at the bottom of the door 🥰 You guys are amazing ❤
My little Blu has a moving fortress for a cage and she loves it. Me and my parents had it custom made for her and is safe as well as customisable, You can put a lot of toys and perches and I mean a lot. To be precise it is just as big or a bit more than Rico's cage.
Wow that sounds amazing, Blu must love it. I’m actually looking into getting a second cage that is much larger due to my change in job and home. Right now Ricco only spends time in his cage when bedtime and if we go out for about 2 hours most because someone is always home, hopefully he will be ok adjusting to things being different. Im trying to make the transition as comfortable as possible for him.
Now Ricco´s cage rather looks like a comfortable living cave. Knowing he got the whole house to fly around, he got it good. However my cage will remain all the outside around my house and the wild birds coming to visiit me 🙏 ;-)) .
I believe you are referring to the stick skewer in Ricco’s cage. If so, it’s called just that. A stick skewer, however it’s pretty small and you probably could come up with some great ones that would be better for the wild birds and cost much less.
Hi if I leave my fully weaned IRN alone for a few hours some days, will it get depressed? What if I get it a big cage with lots of toys and leave the radio on or a recording of my voice?
If you will need to leave your IRN alone at times I really recommend you start off by having him in the cage gradually in the beginning for shorter times so he gets used to it if he’s been out all the time. A big cage with lots of toys and a radio will definitely help, but I would really recommend you start off by slowly leaving your bird in the cage and continue with lengthening the time so it’s not a complete shock. Obviously the bigger the cage the better, but the measurements you gave are not to bad. Good luck and hope that helps.
Its called prevue, but any small standard cage will do for a carrier cage. As long as you make it secure and safe. I add tie raps for extra enforcements with all my outdoor cages to make them safe.
Ricco is simply adorable

You definitely spoil your wild birds around your home, it must be such a joy to have them around 🥰
Is the a specific name for the device you are using to hold the kale? It would be great for the wild ring necks that visit my window sill to feed :)

Is 130cm high and 80cm wide ok?

What us your cage,i mean if you know what is model of the cage?
Its called prevue, but any small standard cage will do for a carrier cage. As long as you make it secure and safe. I add tie raps for extra enforcements with all my outdoor cages to make them safe.
And sorry but do you know what model of your cage is?I mean wich prevue cage?
Not sure exactly as it was a couple of years ago. Try searching prevue travel cages or prevue cages. Most small cages will work as a travel cage.
How can I ordered this cage
It depends where you live. Try searching online or on Facebook.
