As you know that birds don’t fly at night, so we got up 4 : 30 in the morning and he returned because he was hungry. But one morning we woke up, he couldn’t move his neck we searched for doctors but we couldn’t found any and my free flying bird tutu died. R.I.P TUTU
Same thing happened to me. I had a green Indian ringneck parrot. It was 23 days old when I bought it. When it learned to fly and became stronger, it opened the door of the cage and flew away in the morning. Since, I believe that parrots should not fly outside the house. However, they feel the nature and freedom is their choice.
Question, my ringneck is about 30 days old, he does eat but not always, how do I learn him to always eat and how much ml is needed for 1? Oh and what are the best feeding times for a 24-30 days old bird
@@gabrielheffner4499 okay, I am not a ringneck expert. They might be different. I have lots of experiences with other species and fed them every hour for 12 hours a day in that age. For my knowledge the crop should never be empty during the day.
@@kackmalwieder uhm i think birds like keets or cockatiel need to be fed every hour, but medium size parrots like ringneck and conures need to be fed every 3 to 6 hours a day depending on the age

Your not meant to release them to quick, they need to get used to their home (your home) properly in order to stay there permanently
