    This was one of the most pleasurable sun salutation of my life this morning. Made some (intermediate) modifications, did some other moves in this session, and it felt real good, especially after finding myself not being able to really listen to my body and slow down my mind recently. Thank you for your videos, Jen. They helped me a lot in getting in tune with myself over the years. Namasté.🙏

    Hello,I'm from pakistan, I have a heavy lower body, I have muscular pain so please tell me an exercise from which I can lose my weight and can get rid of my muscular pain, i have already lost my weight 2 times but it has gained again and my weight is 71 kg
