Hello Matt I’m 18 and trying to get into the fire service. I’m 5’8” 175lbs I can deadlift 350lbs bench 185lbs and Squat 275lbs, however, I’ve plateaued on my strength. How can I get stronger without putting on much body fat and maintain my endurance?
