For everyone wondering, after editing the configuration to 16GB RAM, and 1TB HDD, the total is: $848, so I’m definitely recommending this to my friend, and you should too, if they’re into PC gaming
why not go for 1660 ti hp variant
will it run gta 5 rp
@@JG-ys6bq yes, it can run any game currently out, assuming you change your graphics settings accordingly
@@cxrneiiy It’s a 1,000GB Hard Drive (storage), and 16gb ram is what you need to be able to play games, as 8gb is to little
@Smiled It's a factory job takes 4 weeks for 1k
This is the 4th time they've made a video about this pre-built! Let's go for 5!
It shows how confident they are in that pre-build tbh They’re starting to make me want one
It's getting kinda ridiculous
Yup, I'm getting the HP Pavillion in September it looks really good to me becuase I can't build my own pc because I think I will mess it up 😅 so I'm getting it mid September
@Alex I don't know the exact time but my dad told he'd get it till mid September since all of his friends are too busy to deliver the pc to me. And also he lives in another country. But iIcan wait til spetember or mid-september because I still have my Xbox series S which I'm gonna play on.
@@crimson9748 just ordered my hp pavilion
Really wished I found you guys before I spent 2k on a pre built!! And I’ve just been constantly watching your pre build vids!!
Prebuilts are usually better in the lower end, otherwise the often low performance coolers cannot cool the 8+ core CPUs well
The texture bug I've had on a older PC as well with 8 GB of ram 2666 mhz and the game was installed on a harddrive. Installing an ssd into the system helped and prevented the glitch from happening
Lies
Another wonderful piece of content by two great guys. Btw the ram issue could be because 8GB(2x4) in dual channel means only 4GB runs in dual channel speed. So if your pc demands anything more, then there could be an immediate switch to single channel speed. Also the issue you mentioned about performance became weirdly similar even after switching to 16GB could be due to the ram speed being slower or latency being higher compared to the 8Gb kit so you could try booting the PC with 16GB at 2667 MHz then restarting with 3200 CL15 for example. Or you could swap the left RAM with the right and repeat steps to see if it could solve your issues. Hope it’s of help and have a wonderful weekend 🙏🏻😊
Had bought the $600 one you guys reviewed a few months ago with the 1650 super, ended up returning that and ordered the same pc with custom specs from HP’s website a Ryzen 5 4600g and RTX 3060 for $900. My first pc and absolutely love it. Would’ve loved to build my own but it was hard to find parts and did not want to pay resell for parts.
How did the one with the 1650 super perform? Planning on getting one myself
@@jdm1536 for $600 it was a good entry level gaming pc and was able to play medium to high settings. Since that original comment I actually upgraded to a Lenovo gaming pc with a Ryzen 7 5800x and a RTX 3060 and spending the extra $700ish was well worth it. Runs super smooth and able to play at ultra settings on a 144hz monitor. The HP isn’t bad if you’re just starting out into pc gaming but if you have the extra money I would definitely look for a pc with better parts

Dose anyone know a good place to find this because I can't find it anywhere it's always out of stock please help
You've got loads of head room with that psu! I'd be amazed if the system itself is using more than 150w flat out so effectively leaving 220w with a safety margin for a better gpu.
I think a 1660ti is around 120w
the acer prebuilts are no where near good compared to hp psu's. You get an 80+ brone at best for over $800. Atleast hp goes with rated gold. Plus hp psu's are more durable in general. Still using my 2011 sff hp with a lowprofile gpu. Time for an upgrade.
The problem with the fortnite's textures is that the Performance mode API is still in alpha, so its very buggy, my friend has 16GB of RAM and still gets those texture glitches, DX11 and DX12 is way more stable

I have no love for HP but they have better deals than anyone right now. I bought a prebuilt machine from them last month for $1200. It has:
i7 11700
RTX 3060
2x16 GB 3200Mhz RAM
256 GB NVMe m.2 SSD
2TB 7200rpm mechanical
Built in wifi and Bluetooth
400w 80 gold PSU (so far no issues with gaming but this is my next upgrade)
I cross shopped Dell, iBuyPower, and several other sellers of prebuilts and couldn't get anywhere near that spec for the price. Yes it's an HP which means some proprietary stuff but the CPU, GPU, RAM, hard drives, and cooling are all upgradeable. I've already added an additional case fan and much better CPU cooler. There is even a better PSU available from HP That will drop right in and with the right connectors.
I priced a build on PC part picker and even if the GPU was MSRP (cheapest I found was actually $800+) the HP was still cheaper.
Cheapest I found for similar spec was $400 more, but a lot of RTX 3060 prebuilts are 1800-2500.
I 100% recommend the HP prebuilts right now if you don't want to wait for GPU prices to be sane and/or aren't that concerned about having to build your own. Oh and it was IN STOCK and I got it like three days later.
In Hong Kong I bought a 11700F/3060ti/2x16GB/1TB SSD TG01-2002HK. It's like 1900 USD but that's the cheapest here. Proceeded to modding the BIOS to run the memory controller in Gear 1 and to unlock undervolting.
I suggest the i5 11400 1650 super one. After setting it up for Campaign, its 949.99 as of this moment. But if you do esports pro, you get i5 11400, 3060,32gb ram, 1tb ssd
Would i be able to upgrade this later with an rtx 3060 ti when i can find one in stock
yeah but it cant be too big i have one in my system
Power supply would be the limitation. Don’t think it would handle a 3060Ti.
Yah 400w can't handle 3060

Lenovo is probably better cooled. My Pavilion cooler with a 11700F can handle only 100w or so, and that's a 11th gen Intel which is pretty good in terms of heat dissipation. The 5700g might not be able to go over 80w without uncomfortable temperatures.

For anyone looking at a prebuilt a good system for upgrading you will likely find online or at refurb shops selling off lease business PCs is the Acer TC885. There are 8th and 9th Gen intel builts and I just switched over to one. Great small size but fits full sized components so no SFF nonsense. Comes with a 300 watt PSU standard and without upgrading it you can run something like a GTX 1650. I swapped out the PSU and have a GTX 1080ti FE from MSI running in mine. The case is also very understated all black with a white LED power button with slight chrome accents. Looks nice and classy.
If I were to try and play games like ESO or Star Wars old republic (MMO’s) and games like Valorant or CSGO would I have to get a 16GB ram or do any upgrades? I don’t know much about PC’s so I’d struggle to upgrade parts if games don’t run smoothly

Until those graphics get good enough to match entry level GPUs it's dedicated GPUs for me. The RX 5500 has adequate performance for the price when paired with the Ryzen 5 5600G. It's odd that HP chose a CPU with integrated graphics though. Could be they're less expensive than those without because they use them in non gaming office PCs as well.

So I've seen you do several these reviews there is a budget version that seems to be an upgrade from hp called victus 15L will we be seeing a review on it I've tried to scan your prior videos and haven't seen it yet
I bought this exact prebuilt and added hdd and dual stick 2x8 gb ram. But i only get 50-60 fps on apex. What could be the reason?
I'm intrested in this pc but I'm also intrested in water cooling it. Would you recommend or not? And could you tell me why?
i've got one coming Sun, be here Sun (little different setup, R7/RTX 3060) plan on adding more RAM right off, from 16 - 32GB. and actually replacing the factory ram all together, with new. do you have to match the factory RAM speed, which is DDR4 - 3200 for the rig im getting, or can i add higher, like 3600, or 4000 etc? thanks
Great video guys. Why The Toasty Bros?
I bought another version of this pc about 6 weeks ago.
Has Ryzen 7 5700G processor
Nvidia GeForce rtx 3060 graphics
16gb ram (two 8gb)
500gb ssd nvme m.2
1tb hdd sata
All for about $1,200
Would you recommend your version over the version they are currently presenting? I’m a PC newbie and I’m not sure if the videos pc would be better than the pavilion TG01-2176z or any other version?
Quick Question: Would Minecraft run smoothly on this system? I'm talking like PvP, and Survival.
Yes
@@NightcoreSuzuki Alright thank you.
@@Jemiemies You're welcome! Although this system will require at least 16gbs for Pixelmon and other lightweight mods.
@@NightcoreSuzuki I will definitely be upgrading the ram, but I don't think I'll be installing mods.
Hi, I bought a hp gaming pc TG01-1209 but I realized that it only has a 310 power supply. I want to upgrade it to a 550 watt power supply( the specs are a core i7-10700k with a nvidea 1660 super), will that be possible? Thank you in advance!
HP has a 500w PSU for $119 - $200, that’s the end of the line on upgrading this platform.
7:30 that may be cuz of performance mode, i have experienced those issues with it on but not with it off, but idk
How do I upgrade the storage, what storage do I buy to put it in the PC, and what is the ram called so I can upgrade it?
The ram should be ddr4 3200 if not you can check what it is on yours and for storage use whatever you want a hard drive or sata ssd, up to u
what type of graphics card is good for this build? I bought this pc and upgraded the NVMe that came with it. The one I bought is 2TB NVMe Samsung EVO Plus, a internal 1TB SSD and upgraded the 8GB Ram that it came with to a 16GB Ram (but that wasnt enough) so I took out the 8GB ram and added 2x16 and it runs on 32GB of Ram. Its now kind of a monster but I wanted to add a better graphics card.
Up to a 3060 or 6600 without upgrading the power supply. Dual fan coolers max.
Hey guyz, i would like to ask, its possible at least to unplug the graphic card and CPU? and try to buy new motherboard and put it on it? Thanks, and also, i ordered a almost same setup but with a 3060, and there is also just 400w 80gold powersupply, but they recommend do with 3060 at least 550w, so im confused right now...Thank you. But the RAM and SSD is possible to add easily right?! thank you for answer!
Aye you guys are vb??? Good to see the representation
