Performs impressively well at that price point and considering it’s an integrated GPU
At that price igpu obviously wtf
@@kaywonderer english your first language? It's a compound sentence, AND - making two independent statements: it performs well at that price point, and it performs well considering it's an IGPU. You could have a $1,000 PC with only an IGPU and perform poorly
@@mcharge10 Get off your high horse with “English isn’t your first language”-trope. He has a point and you knew what he meant. There is no dGPU PC at that price point so it would obviously be an iGPU. There is no need to clarify being two “independent statements” because they can’t be. Unless you miraculously found a PC, more specifically a laptop, that has a dGPU at less than 500 dollars then by all means, show it to us. Second, it makes no sense to say that you can have a 1000 dollar iGPU PC performing poorly. Well…you indeed can have a poorly built laptop and therefore poor performance because that means the OEM filled it with bloatware to increase the value of the build, but you wouldn’t buy it. It doesn’t make sense. Also, 1000 dollar iGPU desktops and laptops obviously *WILL* perform better because these come with the higher Watt multithread variants of the CPU, with higher CUs or just better graphics performance, and most likely with faster ram.
@@hodb3906 didnt read your whole post - not on a high horse, asked if english was his/her first langauge and if it's not i broke down my statement and why it means what im saying it means

this makes me appreciate the Lenovo i5-5200u I got in 2015 for about the same price. My niece uses it for classes and Roblox gaming. Intel sells the chip with a tray price $400 which is crazy. That laptop also has latest wi-fi during its time. It is cool and quiet, though wished the bios would allow for longer Intel boost. No cheapo keyboard and still works today. The display is TN panel and HD only but that was common display on budget laptops back then. Not too portable though especially travelling internationally. Lenovo is such a great brand, you always get a very sturdy build quality, you can usually find older models cheap and they're easily upgradeable. At this price point now though, I would look for an older Thinkpad with an AMD or decent Intel chip. I've used multiple, different units that I've upgraded over the years and they for the most part they can run games on low-medium settings. (Remember, these are not as powerful as say a PS4/xBox One but they can get the job done.)
Maybe an e14 Gen 2 with AMD Ryzan 5, 4600U or even Toshiba Tecra X40-D with an i5-7200 would be some other alternatives. I've never had any issues with the ones I've had. (EBay is your friend for lower prices)

Expecially hardware which i want to be as functional as much as it can be for the lowest price. Anyway i just finished playing COD WWII campain after 6 straight hours on this little monster. After some tweaking with gpu driver settings and some tweaking in game settings it achieved really smooth frames. So in the end i played in 900p with high textures and shadows and i tweaked settings that i figured i would notice. And i turned on V sync in game and in driver to get smoothest gameplay possible because its 60hz panel and its not eSport. I know that some people hate it because of input lag but i can tell you that with those settings and 10euro wireless mouse i played for 6 hours straight and i played with sniper rifle whenever it was possible. It achieved lets say average of 55-60 fps with 1%lows being high forties and 0.1% low forties. Radeon settings shows 44 fps average but sadly that includes all the cutsenes that were locked to 30 fps.. Also maximum temp of gpu was 65 C in extreme performance bios mode. Cooler was not loud like jet engine but you can definately hear it while gaming and laptop cooled down after couple of minutes and then cooler turned off and it was silent again. I know that its 4 year old game but i really didnt expect this performance out of intergrated gpu. I cant wait to install Witcher 3 and GTA V..
And I also set gpu memory to 2gb. There is also application that can increase tdp of processor and gpu but i didnt use it yet but im looking forward to try it. I saw that application used on laptop with ryzen 5 5500u if im not mistaken on ETA Prime channel.
