Always look forward to your entertaining and inspiring videos! I got a Ninja Creami Deluxe several months ago and it has changed my keto lifestyle for the better. I use it to turn KetoChow (healthy low carb meal replacement drink) into ice cream for lunch everyday with a carnivore-keto dinner in the evening. KC has about 30 flavors so I never get tired of having the same old. The Creami now has a dedicated place on my countertop since I use it daily. Thrilled that I got it and that it has made being keto so much more fun, really delicious and nutritious!

Maybe I'm older and not as sensitive at 65 years old. I like the word "moist". It describes things that are moist. But I'm open for expanding my vocabulary. Synonyms include: damp, dampish, steamy, humid, muggy, clammy, dank, moisture-laden, wet, wetish, rainy, drizzly, drizzling, dewy, dripping, soggy, sweaty, sticky. None of those I would apply to a cake. Any suggestions, anyone? Thanks to the Keto Twins for those wonderful chocolate desserts. You are both inspirational, to say the least!

Perhaps if I had 5 children who loved ice cream- then maybe. But I am the kind of person who will want ice cream maybe 1x month. So not worth it for us.

Reduce in non stick pan on medium stirring constantly to make sweetened condensed milk ( 15 to 20 mins). Turn off and add a bag of Lilly’s chocolate chips, melt then blend. For extra flavor I sometimes put in a large tbsp of sugar-free pnut butter powder. A tiny bit of xanthum gum goes a long way in helping the whole thing to set up thicker and quicker. 10 mins later: ice cream!

I had to buy extra containers to freeze as they all have me making them ice cream at least once a week. I am the only one doing keto, but I enjoy coming up with personalized flavors for everyone. Right now I am making the cottage cheese, strawberry ice cream. I also make coffee and chocolate. I keep mine in my dining room, on a small table. Its just steps from my sink. The only drawback I have found with the Cremi, is that I have to wipe down the gear that protrudes and goes into the top. If you forget, your next pint has dried yuck in it. So, while it is mixing, I wet a paper towel and have it on top ready to wipe. I wash the pints, lids, mixing lid, container and blade in my dishwasher. Easy.

      1 Tablespoon Allulose

      3/8 teaspoons Stevia
1/8 teaspoon guar gum (or xanthangum but guar gum works best)
      1/32 teaspoon salt
Optional: any additional flavoring wanted (sometimes I use 2 teaspoons of a Keto Chow flavor and mix in with dry ingredients, using less whey protein powder )
Mix dry ingredients with small whisk
      Add in
1 Tablespoon sour cream (adds nice flavor)
      1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Carefully mix together with whisk (this takes a bit of doing but then it all comes together in about a minute). If too stiff add a drop of cream to thin it out
Fill to almost full with heavy whipping cream - leave room for air - and whisk gently just a bit to incorporate
Put tops on tightly and shake for at least 1 minute
Freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight

I love my Ninja Creami. Clean up is so much easier than the type of ice cream maker you used. I had one of those, and I hated the clean up.

Made this today in my Creamy ninja, it was delicious. I put one whole bottle and about 1/4 C cream, it needs a little more stevia or something, next time! I processed as Gelato then Re-Spin, then Gelato again.....perfect Thx

I have a Dovier that is same concept, but there is a hand crank at the top..freeze cylinder for 8 hrs. And make frozen yogurt, icecream, slashes.. not noisy and takes 7 min. Of intermittent cranking..I have a pint and quart size..no noise. I crank while watching TV lol

I will try that frosty recipe. I have a very old, manual ice cream maker gathering dust in my basement for more than 30 years. It looks a lot like yours, but without the motor.
I'm currently following the Carnivore diet so am doubtful this product would be okay.
Who knows, I may end up breaking the hand crank on my ice cream maker...pretty much why it's been chillin' in the basement.

I created a keto friendly hot chocolate.
3-4 squares of Lindt 90% dark chocolate bar
1/2 tsp of Stevia (or 1-2 tsp of your keto sugar substitute of choice)
    2-3 Tbl Heavy Cream
    Dash of Cinnamon
Hot water (boiling) to fill mug.
    Directions:
Chop the chocolate squares into smaller pieces to melt easily in hot water.
Add to mug chococlate, keto sweetener of choice and cinnamon
Pour in boiling water, leaving room for cream
Stir until chococlate melted and everything mixed in
Add cream, stir again and drink.

    Best meal replacement ever!

  • @joelle6933

I don’t think the ninja creameri is worth it at all especially since your dash worked fine . The creameri has to freeze for 24 to 48 hours and then you have to respin it several time to get it to a creamy consistency. Just my opinion

I have several ice cream makers (including a compressor ice cream maker, which I do love), and I also have the Ninja Creami (my favorite)...and my Creami is used pretty much every day, while all of my ice cream makers are only taking up space! I do occasionally use the compressor ice cream maker, but only when I don't have any pints prepared...which is very rare! 🙂🙂

I bought a Ninja Creamy and returned it. It took up too much space in my teeny kitchen. Also you had to put the pieces in the freezer the same way as this one and it was on sale but I realized it gave me more excuses to make high protein ice cream after my Bariatric surgery. I LOVE ICE CREAM but it just wasn’t worth it to me.

I’ve toyed with the idea of getting one like the one you have. It may be loud but the Creami wasn’t quiet! I was relieved it fit under the cabinets on the counter but I can make it myself in one like yours I was not that impressed.
