Hi Alisha! My dad worked for the post office. I always say if he can make deliveries rain, shine, hail, snow…I can walk an hour or hour and a half in it. Love to see others pushing through! 🦋

Hey Dawn! That’s me, walking/jogging with an umbrella, or just letting it rain on me. 10 miles is GREAT! I used to do 6 miles Saturdays after doing Insanity or a Jillian Michaels workout. Yesterday I did 5 miles and today I’ll do the same. . Getting it in come what may. Keep it up lil sis. 🦋

I walked in the rain yesterday. I filmed the path, but didn’t say that I was carrying an umbrella. I think you can see that it was ☔️. I have to edit my update video for last week. Been posting my weekly weigh in no matter the result. 🦋
