Recently diagnosed with cancerous mass on my right kidney and I realized that I have to get serious about my weight. I have been lazy and failed miserably in the past. I truly appreciate this video and it is right on time.
I been in my weight-loss journey for about 2 months now. Its been hard but im sticking to it. I been having a hard time eating more and including more protein. I started at 276 now im at 259 so there's some progress. Thanks for being an inspiration and guide for us all!❤
A lot of progress!!!! Try to focus on 4 meals 30g each that can give you a head start of atleast getting 120g a day and then you can work your way up after that
Keep pushing your moving in the right direction. Im 52 year young and im on yet another journey. Week 3 in down 9lb and im praying i keep it up. Keep pushing , take one day at a time untill it becomes part of your routine❤❤ its hard but worth it.
I eat one or two meals a day with intermittent fasting it helps me be in a calorie deficit. I started with 16:8 it keeps the insulin levels low. I wish I had known this years ago. Eating too frequently four to five times a day will keep your insulin levels high and when insulin is high you won’t lose weight. I usually fast 20 hours during the week and 18 on the weekends. Try this I guarantee it will work.

Hey mami thanks for all the good advice. Am 1 month 2 weeks in my weight loss journey and I've lost about 7 pounds so far but I don't see any major "slim" changes yet. I wanna know when in my journey I'll become slim or how many pounds I need to lose to get there

I am struggling with both binge eating and drinking
I’ve heard intermittent fasting and a supplement called nomorbidity helps with bingeing. And when you say drinking do you mean alcohol?

I’ve increased my morning walks to 4 miles M-F. I finish around 1 hr & 15 minutes.
