  • Hello FCFB GANG!!! Here we are with another What I Eat IN A DAY!!! My new protein goal is 185g which has been difficult to hit but I'm switching things around to make it work!!! This week my weight went up because I went a little overboard with the cocktails this weekend but leveling out at another pound down!!! Keeping up the momentum! I also have 4 weeks until surgery so I want to give it my all until then so I can mentally be in a better place before I have to take another 2 week break!! Wish me lucky luck!     Omg, the food is my biggest struggle. Working out is fun, it can challenge me sure but I feel great and stronger after workouts. But managing your diet requires so much work, counting calories, and making sure measure what you are eating it's so hard for me. I greatly appreciate you sharing your struggle I definitely will try again. I was doing well but started training for a 10k and just stopped my intermittent fasting and calorie counting. It's the one thing I keep failing to remain consistent at. But you are right just have to do what needs to get done. Thank you! I know you will bounce back after your surgery. I pray you have speedy recovery.

    I was intermittent fasting for about 3wks and stuck to chicken thighs, broccoli and no processed sugar for my meals with some fruits here and there. I lost 15lbs.
    One bad decision completely knocked me off course and I've gained that 15lbs back. Once you're in the groove it feels so easy, but letting temptation guide you will definitely make the journey harder. At least now I know I CAN DO IT. Just gotta be consistent, which is the toughest part of weight loss.

    Hey Dawn ! I totally agree! I’m in a caloric deficit now and I’m craving all kinds of foods lol. I be wanting a chick fil a so bad then I think to myself girl it ain’t worth it 😂😂😂 but ohhh when my period gets here it’s a battle.

    Hi, Dawn Its just a suggestion. Why don't you intermittent fast along with doing a low carb diet, like meats n veggies , low fat dairy, no bread, potatoes, ,no sugar. I think your body would lose weight faster and you wouldn't be as hungry during workouts. Your body will also get the proper nutrients, because I researched that on low calorie diet you may not get alot of nutrients. You can eat until your satisfied n don't have to count calories. Im currently intermittent fasting,if I eat low carb Im seem to lose better than eating carby, high glycemic foods.h

      My goal is to lose the weight in a sustainable way. I don’t plan on keeping those food groups out forever so I wouldn’t want to lose it that way. I wouldn’t recommend to any of my clients either. The less you feed your body the slower your metabolism gets which means you will only need to eat less and less to keep achieving weight loss. Plus I don’t want to just drop weight and lose a lot of muscle as well so a 10-20% caloric deficit is a more sustainable approach in my opinion!

    Don’t we all lose weight naturally lol
