Wooo halfway through week 4 of the challenge! I could barely do a proper lunge when we started a few weeks ago. Today, my knees nearly hit the floor during them!! I feel so much stronger already, thank you so much for teaching us!!
This was intense in the most effective way to really work the lower body. The pulses brought major fatigue and that was excellent!!! The weights and booty band added a great level of intensity!!! Awesome workout!! 💯
Yes that was a tough one but good combo of weights 2kg for me is plenty plus booty band - quads & glutes are on 🔥 last workout of your 8 week challenge so feeling very pleased😊👍💪 been challenging but fun, thank you Mikala for all your hard work and brilliant videos🙏😍

This workout was intense!! 🔥🔥🔥Never struggled as much towards the end but loved the burn. Really like combo of both DB and bootyband leg workouts and the inclusion of warm-up and cool down. Thanks for a great workout!
